Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

We had a fantastic week staying at this property with our family group of 11 plus two dogs. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs - spacious, stylish and very well thought out for hosting a larger group. We especially appreciated the open plan kitchen/ dining/ living space which made our family meals and evenings together really enjoyable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The welcome pack was an added bonus. The beds were all comfy and the showers good - always plenty of hot water for all of us. One of us has an electric car and it was a great convenience to be able to charge it up overnight on the driveway at the property, another reason for booking this house. We enjoyed spending time in the garden - plenty of seating there. The property was in a great location in the lovely village of Seaview being only 5 minutes walk to the beach. There were also wonderful views of the Solent from the back bedrooms. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay. Everything was as nice as we remembered from our first visit. The flat is spacious and well-appointed, the location is private and quiet, and the hosts are friendly and responsive. What more could you ask for in an AirBnB?

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. We had a lovely very last minute stay at Stephs, absolutely beautiful home, was spotless. I felt right at home 🏡 comfortable beds beautiful garden large kitchen everything we could need for ourselves and our 7 month old son, perfect location very impressed great value for what we got would definitely recommend and return 🙂 Thankyou Steph 🙂

The Old Chapel was the perfect spot for our family holiday, a beautifully converted property and with great access to all corners of the island. Lu was very helpful from booking through to our stay! Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time, and really liked the house. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The house is in an amazing location, near the shops and beach, and is perfect for families. We felt very at home and would recommend it highly!

My stay at Ellerslie Lodge Annexe was absolutely lovely. Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Creydi's top floor flat is terrific. It is historic, interesting, clean and a fun place to stay. The location is good for walking around the major sites, and for catching the hovercraft to Ise of Wight. It is a quirky and friendly flat with a large bedroom, great living/dining area, good TV and washing machine - all the things we need and like on our long trip away from home.

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

The location is perfect (10 min walk to the pier and 5 mins drive from Harbour), the place is very clean and nice, with very good facilities (3TVs, one in each room)

Great apartment in a brilliant location right by the beach. Comfortable beds and lounge area. Plenty of space and a nice balcony overlooking the beach. Perfect for a glass of rose as the sun sets.

Great location to get to lots of various locations, we visited New Forest, Southampton, Portsmouth and walked down to the shingle beach, which was only a ten minute walk! Lovely and clean place, small but not tiny, just enough room for two adults and two small dogs. Everything was a thoughtful touch, from kitchen wear to comfort. Would definitely stay again if I was ever visiting the same area. Jackie was super helpful and very friendly, which is always a bonus. The surrounding area is residential and also partly industrial but noise level was low, which we appreciated. Plenty of space to park your car and close to the train station.

Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable with everything you could need for a relaxing stay and the views are spectacular - we spent hours just watching the sea, we were mesmerised! The complimentary tea/coffee, breakfast goodies were an extra treat. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to visit again. Great view over the river, apartment was very clean, modern and secure with keypad entry. Easy walk to restaurants and Spar supermarket nearby. Secure car park, parking space numbers are on the ground with slightly weird numbering system. Excellent entry instructions from the host, just read them properly. It does make the apartment very secure. Definitely a great choice to stay in Southampton.

This place is really thoughtfully set-out. There's everything you need and the hosts have gone above and beyond to lay out clear instructions for everything you might need. The bed was comfy and we really enjoyed staying there. We didn't have a car, but were there for an event hosted right next to it - there's not a lot you can easily walk to, so if you're there for a weekend, you might want to bring / hire a car. However, there's a great pub super close by which also does breakfast and has a great playground for kids. Ideal if you're going to do lots of walks / hikes.

A spotless very cute place. Thoughtful decor and very well appointed. Only improvement would be the supply of a little mop as it rained and it was difficult to keep the lovely stairs clean. It was impossible to abound a little water in the entrance. Other than that tiny little thing we loved it. I will book again when I plan my next trip. I found it perfect for my fishing trip as it is central to whole of the massive harbour system. Emsworth is lovely with lots of pubs restaurants and shops. Fiona was excellent.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at The Finches . The accommodation has everything that you could need . It was spotlessly clean . The setting is lovely , with direct access onto an area of the forest that is both tranquil and varied , not in the most popular and busy area , but only a few minutes drive to Lyndhurst . Lyndsay and David left us in peace , but when we were leaving we had a long chat with them . They are lovely and thoughtful hosts . The bread ,milk , butter and eggs in the fridge on arrival is a nice welcome . We will be back .
