I had a little trouble getting in initially. There were extensive directions and links to videos to and instructions. The video were the most helpful part in locating access to theme apartment. It took about 30 mins to gain access after wandering around. After gaining access everything was fantastic. Cute, clean studio with great amenities in a wonderful location. I would absolutely stay at Toni’s place again!

We completely enjoyed our stay here and have already talked about coming back to this sweet little spot! It’s the perfect location. Very doable walk to the beach and to so many restaurants and shops. The beach wagons that were available for use made the walk to the beach super easy. Never had to worry about parking! It’s the perfect spot for a quick two person getaway. Very affordable and accommodating! Eric was very helpful and even informed us we could check in earlier on our arrival day which was a blessing!

Jeffery’s rental was perfect. He has such an eye for detail and it’s beautifully decorated. Our view of the ocean from the sitting area outside the rental was spectacular! The space contained everything you would possibly need and was extremely comfortable. This is our second stay at Shell Cove 1 and we highly recommend it to others.

Great location for beach lovers who want a little extra/different from typical hotel room, yet you’ll still enjoy some of the hotel benefits (towels, pool). Very clean, well stocked. Great host, clear communications.

This place was incredible. Clean, amazing location, great accommodating host. Rex replied quickly each time. Me and my girlfriend had one of the best vacations here. We appreciate the memories. Thank you so much!

The apartment complex was gorgeous and the space we rented was beautiful with great amenities. It was conveniently located near the mall and the airport making it accessible to anything we needed during our stay.

I stayed a few nights during the week, so this spot was really affordable and convenient. It is impeccably CLEAN, and the open concept kitchen/living area is really nice and well-stocked. The decorations and linens really make the place stand out like a magazine cover. It’s obvious that they take pride in their property and want their guests to feel at home. I met the cleaning lady on the way out, and she was super friendly and asked how my stay was. I can tell everyone here is super helpful and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Parking was super easy, too. And there’s an IHOP within walking distance the street for those late night pancake runs! Many thanks! I highly recommend.

Had a great stay here. The apartment was cozy, clean, well decorated, updated appliances, and very comfortable beds! Michael was super helpful and his accommodations made the stay enjoyable.

Phillip was an amazing host. He thought of every little detail in the house for our comfort. Any questions that I had he replied to very quickly. The location was great and so close to the beach. The pool and barbecue were awesome. We would definitely stay there again and again.

This place has it all!!!! The house and pool area are more beautiful in person. Only 10 minutes to the beach. The home has all the amenities. JC was quick to respond to any questions. The house was meticulously clean. You won’t be disappointed!!!! Go ahead and book! We really felt like we were at home and sad to leave!

Moira was a wonderful host; responsive and attentive. The house was beyond our expectations. Equipped with everything you could imagine and very cozy furniture. The pool area was very clean and great for family gatherings. I would love to go back soon!

What an amazing place for our extended family to stay! Much better than everyone in separate rooms at a hotel. The property was exactly as described. The house was clean, lots of places to sit and gather in small and large groups, and the pool was absolutely perfect! Bill and Heather were quick to respond to questions. We used the grill several times, and found all of the dishes we needed for preparing meals. The neighborhood was quiet, and yet close to the stores if you needed to run out to get something. Overall a great place to stay, and would highly recommend to others!

Very peaceful stay. I slept very well. Had extra amenities and everything I could need. It’s very clean and the house is super nice. The host is very responsive and super sweet.

First I have to say that the communication was great. The responses were very fast and helpful. As for the place itself, perfect. The view from the patio was great. The pool was the perfect size and the spa was very welcoming after a 20 hour drive. Bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for everyone but still cozy for a small group. Basketball court was a favorite. The exercise equipment was a nice added feature. Overall this home would be a great choice to stay at. Felt like home away from home.

We loved Lotte’s place:) we came down from Tampa for a quick getaway and it was incredibly comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. Lotte was very kind to let us bring our dog too. The home is located really close to all the fun things to do in Sarasota (smugglers mini golf, whimsy art galleries, lido beach, mote aquarium were our choices!) We were unfamiliar with the neighborhood but were blown away by how charming and lovely the immediate area is- stunning homes along the bay front- we had a really fun time strolling around with our dog- everyone was really friendly and the atmosphere was really relaxed and the foliage and gardens were beautiful. We even got to see a couple of neighborhood owls in the evening.

Our family of 3 truly enjoyed Clara’s place for many reasons. It had all we needed for the week and communicating with Clara was a pleasure. Her place is very private and quiet with a beautiful view. Will be coming back.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

Albert’s home was so beautiful and welcoming! It was not far from most things which was nice! The beaches and restaurants were only about 20/30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend! When we stayed in to cook he had everything we needed, and provided us with plenty of linens. He also was a text or call away when we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!

Extremely proactive and responsive host. Very nice condo which was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice pool, hot tub, and workout facility. Location was close to downtown, restaurants, beaches, golf, and shopping.

Sandra was very kind and very responsive. She even set out a bottle of wine for us. The instructions for check out were clear and seamless. We loved the stay and were close to the beach.

We had a beautiful week at Martha’s condo!! We loved everything about it- spotlessly clean and well decorated, well stocked with towels, blankets, paper goods, kitchen items, beach gear… everything you could possibly be in need of. The view from the balcony is wonderful for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunset. The condo building and amenities were wonderful as well. The pool area was never crowded, many loungers, and a perfectly heated pool and hot tub. We found the location to be absolutely perfect- off a main road that takes you to downtown and beaches but tucked away and quiet. You can walk to downtown restaurants and shops and we even walked over the Lido Key bridge one evening to St. Armand’s Circle. Downtown Sarasota, beautiful Lido Key beach and St Armand’s Circle are all a quick 5-7 min car ride away. Martha was an excellent host, checked in on us and was responsive to anything we needed. We would return anytime without hesitation!! Just wonderful! Thankyou Martha!

This was the 2nd time I have stayed in this unit. Everything is so nice and beach themed. Great location and the restaurant on site is wonderful. Would recommend anyone to stay here for a relaxing wonderful time.

This place was very clean, and up to date inside. Hot tub was such a plus. Everything matched the photos! Very good price!!
