We LOVED our stay at One Shell Cove, and hope to be back! You couldn't ask for a more beautiful location or view. The kitchen was so well-appointed that we chose to buy fresh shrimp and grouper and eat outside while listening to the waves crash. The entire condo was spotless, and the king bed was comfortable. We used the beach chairs provided and swam in the perfect Gulf waters. The condo is walking distance from a Circle K and several restaurants. Although it's on a public beach, the area was quiet and peaceful and we were not disturbed. I would highly recommend this condo and its wonderful Host!

If you’re looking for an ocean get away, this place is perfect. The view is gorgeous with super easy beach access. Absolutely stunning views of the ocean from the balcony. The inside is simple and inviting with local recommendations provided. Would absolutely stay again!

Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!

The house was clean and neat and well stocked with what we needed. Area was very nice and close to the beach. The only complaint I have is that the porch needs to be replaced. It was very scary and dangerous to walk on. Steps could be better also, but the porch was BAD. Unfortunately it kept us from sitting out on it and enjoying the nice weather.

My husband and I stayed two nights at Serenity of the Manatee. We really enjoyed this beautiful, peaceful, and cozy place that is only 30 to 35 minutes from beaches. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed; however, a small stove will be a great addition for longer stays. We would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. The place itself was clean and well furnished. Overall very comfortable stay!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful beach home! Everything was exactly as described. My family usually packs up everything, down to household items like paper towels, hand/dish soap, toilet paper, laundry supplies, etc, and drive to our destination. We flew this time (first time to AMI/ Holmes Beach) and didn’t have room to pack all of that. Not to worry- it was all provided! Beach equipment- all provided! Now, I was a little skeptical upon booking about that walk to the beach, as we are used to staying directly on the beach. However, that was an easier walk to the beach than any place we’ve ever stayed! And location!!! We practically had the beach to ourselves, which we enjoyed! It was so peaceful. Mark is a very responsive host. He checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. If you’re considering this property, book it. You won’t regret it! 10/10 recommend FamilyTides and AMI/ Holmes Beach! Thank you to Mark and his wife!

Our stay at the Citrus Soirée with our three young kids was fantastic. I wish I could give it more than five stars. The house and pool were perfect, super clean, and convenient, especially when traveling with little ones. Our kids loved the pool and raved about the house nonstop. We did not want to leave! We were highly impressed, and the hosts were responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. We’ve spoken multiple times about returning because we enjoyed our stay so much! I’m a huge fan of interior design and love the citrus theme. Makes me want to redecorate my whole house :)

Amazing historical home in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It was a great option for traveling back and forth from the beach, the island and fun excursions. Excellent choice! Brenda was an outstanding host, couldn't have asked for a better host. Thank you Brenda!

We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

Claudia’s place was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at while visiting AMI. The home was beautiful and the master bedrooms en suite felt like your own personal spa! If you’re traveling with babies or toddlers there is no safety fence around the pool, but there are alarms on every door leading out to the pool area. Claudia was very accommodating and even let us to check in early which allowed us to have a whole extra day to enjoy the pool. We really enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend booking with Claudia!

Perfection! House is lovely, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need - from a well equipped kitchen to beach gear to pool toys. We really enjoyed the comfortable patio, the pool was refreshing, and it was a walkable/bikeable area. At first my grand girls were a little disappointed not being on Anna Marie Island but after one day, we agreed it was so much better to be a 10 minutes drive away and be able to come back to this peaceful oasis after the crowds & traffic & activities. We went to every beach, shopped at the Bridge, snorkeled, kayaked, hiked, tanned, played in the waves, & even drove to the Mote Aquarium in Sarasota (terrific) on the rainy day. There is a lovely little park about 1/2 mile away that we walked to twice around 7 pm to visit with 3 manatees that would magically appear. Amazing! Dustin was super responsive & he makes it so easy to enjoy the house and its amenities - very simple instructions and not a list of things to do. Again, perfection!

I recommend this oasis it’s beautiful just like the pictures private the outside is breathtaking I was surprised on how many cool electronics was around the house from the bathroom to the oven lol but 10/10 I had a blast great way to start my 30s 🙏🏾

It was the perfect destination for a Mother's Day getaway. Although we live in Bradenton, we don't always take the time to enjoy the beautiful Anna Maria Island, and this trip was a wonderful way to appreciate it! The location provided a short walk to the beach, local shops, an ice cream parlor, and several restaurants, offering plenty of family fun!

Bryce was extremely responsive and his place was squeaky clean. Convenient location 1.5 blocks from the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay ! We even extended our stay and extra day because of how much fun we were having! This location is perfect! It’s close to Publix, restaurants, and literally almost on the beach. Our kids had so much fun swimming in the pool. The pool is shared but it never once felt crowded and it was very clean. The condo itself was very nice and clean! Fawn was also very helpful and responsive! Thankful for this great trip!

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.

This was a great place and had everything you needed! My family really enjoyed it and the host was amazing to work with and responded back really fast! I would go back here!! Also the beach, omg it’s beautiful!! White sandy beaches, beautiful blue water, we even found whole sand dollars!! Worth checking out and staying!!!

Our stay was relaxing and refreshing. Beautiful screened patio and lovely decor throughout! There was good communication and detailed instruction for check in and check out which took the hassle out of the entire process. We will hopefully return on our next stay.

We stayed 4 nights at Robin's place and had a wonderful time. The unit felt homey with beach chairs, towels, a frisbee, football, umbrella, etc. The unit was clean, well-maintained and had everything we could have asked for. We had a relaxing trip and loved the easy walk *right* across the street to a beautiful beach. We actually got engaged at Bean Point on night 1 of our trip- the next several days felt like a mini honeymoon! Will definitely be back to the island and hope to find availability at Robin's place when that time comes. Thank you, Robin, for the clean, accessible, and well-equipped stay!
