It is 10 minutes from Lake Ontario and a few parks. 10 minutes from downtown Rochester to participate in a variety of year round festivities. 20 minutes from Strong Hospital, movie theaters and more. On street parking that alternates every twelve hours or parking one street down with no time changes.

Stay at the Bay - Cozy waterfront home and docks

Quiet retreat on Braddock Bay with an abundance of wildlife and beautiful views. Situated on no-outlet street in a family friendly neighborhood. This is a great place for a quick getaway or a longer break. My house is meticulously cleaned with all bedding and comforters washed after each guest. My Salmon Creek retreat is also sprayed professionally for spiders and mosquitos and well maintained. Each guest feedback is tended to, appreciated and action taken to make this the best stay.

An outdoor seating area features cushioned sectional sofas arranged around a square fire table. A large turquoise umbrella provides shade, while greenery surrounds the space, enhancing the privacy. The surface is made of grey decking, creating a modern and comfortable space to relax.

Our place is in a small neighborhood ( 72 homes) with side walks. The Rochester airport is East of us and about three miles away, Robert Wesleyan, RIT, and U of R are about five miles away. This place was exactly what we needed after a 7-Day bike trip, laundry in the basement and comfortable beds, you were happy with the shared kitchen and the shared toilets, and the porch was a great place for us to hang out in the evening. Brad also let us put our bikes indoors at the church next door. The housemates in this Airbnb were all very friendly and kind, and let us pet their dogs (dog lovers ourselves). We were very happy with this place.

I loved my stay at the Zen. Dana and MD are the friendliest hosts I’ve ever met:) They communicated with me throughout my stay and always responded quickly. They really went above and beyond by having essentials throughout the Airbnb! Everything was super clean, peaceful, and quiet. Not to mention how amazing I slept in the bed with those pillows! I also enjoyed how there were bus routes very close to the place. Ash was always there to greet me and I loved giving her pets. 10/10 stay, I highly recommend and will be returning to whenever I’m in Rochester again. Thanks Dana and MD! :)

Great hosts! The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I appreciated the extras, coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the suite. Location was perfect for a family event in Webster. Easy to find. Jim was easy to contact and replied promptly. Checked to as if I needed anything. I enjoyed breakfast with the hosts. I would stay here again!

Staying with Linda and Dick is a marvelous experience. It's what a bed and breakfast used to mean. You get a private room and bath in a private home, a lovely couple for hosts, lots of conversation, beautiful garden, ample breakfast. Our stay was pleasant in every way. Linda is communicative, fair, friendly. Instructions were more than clear. We felt like we were in our home away from home. Rochester is a great destination to visit, and when you do - stay here.

Staying with Alisa was like staying with a beloved family member. She was an amazing host, helpful, kind, very flexible. Our two little dogs absolutely loved their walkies out back in Walnut Grove. The green space out back was peaceful and was unexpected in a neighborhood full of amenities. Wegman’s is just around the corner and was so easy for picking up anything we wanted from breakfast foods to a cup of coffee to dog food to favorite soda. The house is a spectacular example of Victorian charm. I’m thankful we were fortunate to stay with Alisa.
