I cannot thank you enough Marion. I booked your lovely annex for my mother who was attending a funeral nearby. You, and your husband, showed her kindness, attention and... a bonus lift I understand so she didn't require a taxi! Thank you so much. When I came to collect her she was raving about her stay! Now the airbnb stuff... The annex is perfectly turned out. Spotlessly clean. The appliances are easy to use and well explained. The bedroom is spacious and your gardens are very well cared for. The television is easy to use and the wifi instant. I couldn't recommend your place more. Thank you.
A spacious outdoor area features a well-kept lawn, surrounded by flowering hedges and historical stone walls. A wooden table with chairs is positioned on a paved area, and a small shrub adds greenery in the foreground.

Quiet & secluded for work, moving home or holidays

ClareRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The cart shed was easy to find with the instructions that Steve gave. He wasn’t able to greet us on our arrival day but had let us know before we arrived and gave an alternative contact if we had any issues. We had a small issue with the hoover but one phone call and this was resolved easily, by providing an alternative. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The property was convenient for visiting friends and family which was the reason we booked it. Our two spaniels loved the playing field in the village and the pub served good food. We tried the recommended curry restaurant, also very good. Steve had arranged for milk, butter , orange juice, eggs and a fresh loaf to be left in the kitchen. These were really appreciated.

The Shed - Studio on Romney Marsh, glorious views

We really enjoyed our stay at The Shed. Tina and Jeremy were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. The Shed is exactly as described with everything you need and set in a beautiful garden surrounded by fields. We loved the peacefulness and the bird song. We were delighted to visit The Prospect Cottage with the garden in full bloom only a short drive away, as well as Great Dixter Garden, Sissinghurst Castle Garden and Scotney Castle. We discovered a part of Kent that we had never been to before. Thank you Tina and Jeremy.

Lovely place , great area for dog walking. Was extremely hot when we were there! Accommodation good, hoping our dogs weren’t too noisy for neighbours who were closer than we had realised. Thank you hope to see you again.

Chapel Farm Barn

KatherineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Had a wonderful stay, the place was spotless and beds were very comfortable. Had some questions so cottages gave us the contact number for Tracey (the owner) who responded to all messages almost immediately. Very considerate hosts who asked if we would like a cot, high chair and stair gaits as we had an infant with us. This was very thoughtful and we were very grateful for this as it gave us peace of mind and made for a relaxing stay. The photos don’t do the place justice. We only wish we could have got more use out of it because we were there for a wedding.

Attentive and communicative host. Location was great for access to Port Lympne (the purpose of our stay). Spotlessly clean and well maintained.
