The location, the ambience of the place, the courtyard, the plethora of towels, the cleanliness, the easy parking - what a great place to stay, and how easy the process was. We’d highly recommend this.

We had a great time on our honeymoon at spillway! They were super accommodating and the location was walking distance to downtown Bellaire. We made extra use of the sauna/cold plunge. The lodges are right by torch lake and within driving distance to Lake Michigan. We are already planning future stays here!

Stephanie was a thoughtful host, easy to communicate and quick to respond. The apartment was equipped with everything you'd need and was so warm and cozy from the comfortable beds to the 'Franklin stove' gas heater. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The street was quiet and the grounds were lovely. It turned out that we had a personal connection to Stephanie and her husband which made our stay all the more amiable. I highly recommend staying at "Down the way from Duncan Bay'!

We had a little hiccup at the very beginning, however, Vicky was extremely responsive and immediately fixed the issue. Beds were soft and comfy overall a wonderful stay!

Beautiful and spacious place. Immaculate- wonderful beds and location. Communication was excellent. We cooked almost every evening- the kitchen is very well stocked. Space allows for time as a family and alone time. We loved it!!!!

I can’t say enough about this wonderful place and the great host. They were highly responsive before and during our stay. When I saw the photos, I thought it was too good to be true - but it wasn’t - everything was as exactly described and as pictured. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Will definitely go back and have already recommended to multiple friends in the area. This place is the best!!

Christopher and Ginny are very helpful and friendly host. The place is so clean does not even have a stain on the carpet. The Jacuzzi upstairs is a treat for us. Love the cozy condo. Will definitely go again.

Jessica’s place was perfect for me and my 4 kids during my son’s soccer tournament. The pickleball/tennis courts were a huge hit and right next to the condo. The pool was fully indoors with a nice hot tub. We had plenty to do on the property with a lot of room for everyone to enjoy their time inside. Additionally, Jessica was flexible with check out based on our tournament schedule. We will definitely be looking to stay there again!

I stay here every year and it never disappoints. Great location, lots of space, tons of activities, and friendly hosts. Looking forward to staying again next year!

Jeffrey’s place was perfect for our quick weekend getaway. It was a perfect location for the ski hill and lodge. His place had everything we needed, and was very comfortable & clean. He was also a very responsive and helpful host. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Outstanding place! Many upgrades and a very comfortable place. We have stayed at a number of condos in this specific complex, and her's was one of the nicest we have been in. We will definitely be back!

Overall this was a great condo to stay in for our last ski trip of the year. It is a beautiful, spacious condo overlooking a ski hill that is no longer in use. The views are excellent from every room. It had everything we needed. The condo could probably use a couple updates, but it didn’t impact our stay at all, and we would be happy to stay again next year

I stayed for a professional conference held at the Grand Traverse Resort. This was a perfect alternative and less pricey! Just minutes from Meijer to get items for the kitchenette, a quick drive to all the local food, shops, casino, and happenings of the area. Perfect for what I needed and more! Will definitely stay again!

Awesome place at a super reasonable price. Charlevoix is beautiful with so much to offer within walking distance. Unit could use some minor updating but overall location can’t be beat. Owner was very responsive with questions. I ended up staying an extra day in another unit with water views but honestly this unit was preferable in terms of quietness, because it is in a quieter spot of the building. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for the great stay!

This has been my favorite Air BNB to stay. Everything was exactly as portrayed in photos. Very clean, beds cozy, check-in/out smooth, & we were able to use the pool & jacuzzi!

We had a wonderful stay at Richard's condominium! The condo is apart of a larger resort, Shanty Creek, and with the passes that were left for us to use, we were never bored! We explored the Lakeview Hotel and pool amenities there, the private beach, and the Shuss Mountain resort as well. This was especially nice for the 12 year old we had with us. There was a couple staying next to us (not under Richard's purview), who had loud dogs who would not stop barking but after messaging Richard, we heard them very rarely and then not at all, so we really appreciated the timely response we had from him and the action he took by informing the HOA for that condo. The little touches here and there were also really appreciated, like the fan/lightbulb fan charm cords so we knew which cord was for the light and which was for the fan. We plan on coming back for sure! Highly recommended place for people of all ages to enjoy.

Chelsea was so responsive, helpful and thoughtful of us and our celebration. The house was a perfect location and size for our large group. The pool access was amazing for swiming, relaxing and amazing views!

This place was perfect for our large group. The hot tub had some trouble at first but Tyler stayed on top of it and had it fixed right away! The natural fireplace was really a nice feature and I loved the views!

We had 6 adults and 5 children (ages 6 years to 6 months) and there was plenty of room for us all. Loved having the different levels and the fire pit so that while the kids slept, we were still able to hang out! Great location, very easy drive to Bellaire and even Cheboygan. Would highly recommend if looking for a trip with family and or some littles! Debbie was great with communication and answered any questions I had as well! Very clean house too!

The place was great for our family getaway. It was clean and cozy, plenty of towels and blankets to make you feel at home. The kitchen had all of the essentials and some additional items as well. The smart TVs made it easy to watch our favorites during our down time, but our favorite features were the air hockey table and the hot tub! The hosts were great communicators, quick responses and helpful with our requests too. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Gaylord.

This home was absolutely perfect for our lake getaway! Beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and stocked with everything we could have needed. The views were stunning and the location couldn’t have been better for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!
