Fantastic color viewing from the deck, and only 1 mile from the famous Sky Bridge to see amazing colors. Only minutes from Boyne Mountain Ski and Golf, 4 miles to Downtown Boyne City & Lake Charlevoix. Could not be a better location for a color tour! The Cottage interior is a perfect blend of 100 year old Up North Cottage feel, with todays level of comfort & style.

Downhill is a studio condo outfitted with a Queen bed and a twin pull out sofa. The white hotel linens are provided during your stay as well as bath towels, wash clothes, and hand towels. You will also find the kithenette stocked with items to prep a quick meal. There are dishes for 4, cups, plates, bowls and silverware and a compact refigerator. This is the smaller lock off condo which is part of Hilltop (sleeps 10). Ask about our other rentals should you need more space
