Beautiful, cosy, quiet and homely. A wonderful stay at Eleanor’s. Super comfy bed we slept brilliantly, and so quiet in the countryside. Eleanor was so helpful with local recommendations and was extremely accommodating with a flexible check in-out. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Tracey and Simon are amazing hosts and I would thoroughly recommend a stay at the Wildflower Vegan Retreat to anyone. We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast that they cooked for us was incredible, served at the exact time we requested, everything was organic (including the toiletries, towels etc), and their way of life is very inspiring. The accomodation was spotless on arrival, and there's nothing they haven't thought to include in the room, from books and games, to extra pillows and a first aid kit. The bed was super comfy and the room in general was very comfortable. Tracey and Simon recommended some great restaurants to us not too far away which we really appreciated after a tiring day. Any questions we had were promptly responded to. Contactless payment on check-out for additional extras such as breakfast and EV charging was very easy and straightforward. If we are ever in the area, we'd definitely stay again if available.

We booked this lovely house on the edge of Sidmouth as a base for visiting family. It was perfect, lovely and modern with lots of space downstairs and very comfortable bedrooms upstairs. We found it convenient for driving into Sidmouth for the shops, restaurants and beach plus accessible for our family further inland. It was very clean and everything in good order, very helpful instructions for using the hob and opening windows etc. lots of child friendly touches - our kids are older so we didn’t need the baby things but the nightlight and books/toys were welcome. I loved the decor and style of the house and the garden. We had a lovely trip and will hopefully stay here again.

We really loved staying at this house in the middle of the country. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. It's very quiet, the only sounds are birds and the wind in the trees, and surrounded by pretty countryside with loads of walks and the pub a 15 minute walk away through the fields by the river. Great views from the rear platform, sun all afternoon and a great sunset. A great place to unwind away from the city. And of course a short hop to Sidmouth or several other seaside destinations. We would certainly return to this place
