Our lads working away from home enjoyed their stay.

Great value for money stayed with family and we made great use of the leisure facilities which are excellent. The location is great as it’s near lots of attractions and great for walking lots within walking distance too we loved exploring the area via the woods. There are a couple of pubs a fantastic park and a McDonalds only a few minutes walk. The accommodation is basic but modern and clean.

Decent little find this, four bed house tucked away in a quiet housing area. Easy to check in at the leisure centre for the keys, didn't use the facility but they do a decent well priced brekki. House is clean, beds are comfy and the shower runs hot. Jobs a good one for a couple of nights, would recommend.

Big, beautiful home for a large gathering. Decorated the summer house for my daughter's 21st which was lovely. Lovely garden with furniture and hot tub. Plenty of bathrooms. Had a lovely stay

We had a great stay! The house is very spacious, with comfy beds and nicely decorated rooms. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless, and the huge hot tub was a highlight, though the filter was broken which meant quite a few wasps were floating around. The garden was a good size, and the peaceful location made it a relaxing getaway. The pool table was a great addition, although i'd recommended bringing your own cues. The host was friendly and very responsive. Shops like Aldi and B&M are just a five minute drive, and the town centre, with plenty of shops and a market, is only ten minutes away. Parking was easy, with space for 3-4 cars. A few downsides: the TVs and game console are a bit outdated. The house could use some refurbishment, but overall, it was great value for money. Despite the very minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay. With a few updates, it could easily be five stars. We’d still happily return and recommend it to others looking for a spacious, very affordable break

Manny and Abby’s place was fantastic and exactly as described! It was very comfortable and homely. We had a great stay and would highly recommend. They were excellent hosts - met us at check in, were very thoughtful and provided us additional fans when the weather got too warm. Thank you so much!

very convenient for the NEC but very small place and we should have read the description better as we stayed for a week but great for a few days

The Annex was a great home to stay in. The lounge was spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed and was spotless. The beds were comfy and a massive sofa to stretch out on. It was also very easy to find. Ray was lovely. He met us as we arrived and saw us off as we left as well as taking a genuine interest in our trip. We did not see much of the surrounding area as we spent the daytime at the NEC but the nights were quiet and we got a good night's rest. We hope to stay again next year and recommend The Annex to anyone visiting Birmingham.

Lovely place to stay, easy check in and check out. Clear, accurate instructions. Zafreen responded to any messages sent quickly and was very helpful. 2 parking spots available which was great, one out the back and on street parking at the front door. Is a busy street so alittle noise from traffic but that was it really. Fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was extremely well-maintained and spotless, with a stylish decor that gave it a warm and welcoming feel. The amenities were just what I needed for a comfortable stay, and everything worked perfectly. Although the location was a bit far from the main activities, it was peaceful and quiet—great for relaxing. The host was friendly, very responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a lovely experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated place to stay.

Really lovely place to stay with lots of room for all the family. Lots to do in the house too which kept us enterntianed and would of liked to stay longer. Great hamper with goodies which was enjoyed by all. Brillaint garden too.

It is definitely a lovely place with a convenient parking space right in front of the house. The house is spacious with easy access to the city centre. The owner solves all our problems efficiently.

The great thing about the house is that it's less than a 5 minute walk to the pedestrianised area in the center of Stratford-upon-Avon, but is still in a quiet little side street with a parking space. The interior is good, particularly the kitchen and bathroom. There is also a lovely garden with comfortable outdoor seating. All the attractions of Stratford-upon-Avon are an easy walk away.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It looks exactly like the photos—beautifully designed, modern, and spotlessly clean. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer (though we didn’t get a chance to use them). The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well each night. The gated parking was a huge plus and made things very convenient. Communication with our host, Adam, was excellent. He was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. The check-in instructions—with clear photos and a helpful video—made everything super easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this place—we’d happily stay here again!

STUNNING! We stay at various locations and lots of Air B n Bs throughout the UK for work however I have to say this gorgeous home trumps them all. It is quaint, cosy and so so homely. We stayed at Sinead's place for a week whilst we were working locally and totally fell in love with the house. Sinead has clearly gone to a lot of time to add those finishing little touches that takes it to the next level in terms of attention to detail and homeliness. The house had some beautiful features for a house of that age and it has so much character and charm. We felt safe, secure and right at home throughout the week stay. From the welcome hamper in the kitchen, to the box of travel essentials in the bathroom it was just fabulous. Sinead communicated fantastically throughout and we felt really looked after, she is a great host and we would certainly recommend staying here to anyone. 5 stars and more!!!
