Located in Bourcefranc-le-Chapus, 3-bedroom house for 4 to 6 people. Main room of 25 m2 with equipped kitchen, 2-seater sofa bed, TV. Bathroom with Italian shower, 2 sinks and washing machine. Separate toilet. Upstairs, accessible by narrow spiral staircase, 2 attic bedrooms of 14 and 13 m2 on the floor, 1 bed of 140 cm in one bedroom and a bed of 140 cm + a bed of 80 cm in the other. Each with storage + possibility of baby bed. Outside space with garden table and parking space.

Very famous for its port and colorful fishermen's huts, it is an essential tourist place!

St-Pierre is the ideal geographic location to visit the island.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You'll have the beach right across the street. You will find yourself a stone's throw from Oléron and the Royannais region. In the evening you can enjoy the pétanque court at aperitif time. If you have a pet, the grounds are fully enclosed.

Ideal house for holidays with family or friends. Located by the sea in an oyster farming village, it offers calm, authenticity, sea pleasures and cultural places to visit. Possible to swim in front of the house at high tide (better with sea slippers). We wanted to give our house comfort and simplicity.
