Surrounded by pastures, fields and old trees, you as guests will experience peace and quiet. The house combines historical natural materials with modern comforts such as underfloor heating and 100 Mbps fiber optic Internet. In summer, you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun under oaks, in winter the fireplace crackles for cozy warmth.

The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Quiet, green and central living in the Zechenhaus

Experience Ruhr Valley flair in a "mining house." It was built in 1912 and lovingly renovated. Old elements, such as plank flooring and coffered doors, are still present and offer wonderful old-building charm. Other elements, such as the roof and windows, were renovated and the walls were insulated. I bought this house in 2020 and grew up in the house next door. Professionally, I am in Berlin with my small family for 2 years and therefore offer the house for rent.

The bright living room with the two bedrooms can be reached via a staircase. The apartment has its own entrance and is very quietly located in a cul-de-sac, but still close to the city. Cities such as Dortmund, Essen, Düsseldorf and Münster can be reached quickly, also by public transport.
