This apartment is a "pearl." Beautiful, clean, central. You feel right at home and arrived. Great location, even if you don't have a car, as public transport and everything you need for everyday life is within walking distance. The contact with the landlords was very friendly and positive. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. Ulrike's house is the best place we have stayed in Europe for so many years (perhaps not one of them), her home is like a paradise, the environment is very beautiful, and it makes people feel the beauty of being in nature. It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

The four of us spent three beautiful days here with the dog. The house was perfect for us and we also liked it very much with its special design of the living levels. Only the mixed weather prevented longer stays on the terrace with adjoining garden (including fig tree and herb bushes). But even the view from the bright living and dining room into the green garden was beautiful. The house is very well maintained and is located in a quiet residential street with single-family houses. Burkhardt is a friendly and helpful landlord.

The apartment is super connected and located in a new development area with all the latest standards. The S-Bahn and tram are within walking distance. Slight signs of wear and defects distributed throughout the apartment. Super communication with tips and tricks for the city!

My partner and I really enjoyed staying at the apartment. The apartment is very nicely decorated and was very very clean! Small touches such as drinks in the refrigerator made you feel immediately comfortable. The location of the apartment is also very nice and quiet. Communication with the landlady was very friendly and accommodating. We could definitely imagine renting the place again.
