This small house is perfect for couples. It is also possible to accommodate a child with a maximum height of 1.40m. There are no stairs or other architectural barriers. Each house is independent and equipped with every comfort. In the large 1,000-square-meter garden, there is a 12x6 in-ground marble swimming pool with whirlpool and adjacent hot shower, a barbecue area with gazebo, and parking.
