It is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. The apartment has its own kitchen with facilities/utensils for self catering (hob & microwave oven). There is a sofa and dining area with digital smart tv. There is tea and coffee provided along with fresh milk, butter,breakfast cereals and sliced bread.

Spacious holiday home ideally set up only for couples or individuals visiting or touring beautiful Northumberland. Prior to your holiday I can give you advice on beautiful places in Northumberland to visit. Previous guests reviews have appreciated this. Personal meet and greet hand over as oppose to a lock box . Fully equipped kitchen leads onto a large conservatory, which looks out onto and gives access to the private garden, ideal for you to relax in. The spacious lounge is also open plan.

Beautiful Edwardian home , original features, with 2 double rooms with King beds and one single room. Fabulous views of 2 churches and a gorgeous little park opposite. Sky Sports! Enormous bathroom with shower and roll top bath. Kitchen has an Aga for cooking and also a microwave. Start up breakfast pack provided. Town centre living with lots of shops pubs and restaurants. Beautiful cosy Shepherds Hut with views over the local countryside. We have recently installed a wood burning hot tub! No water jets or flashy lights or music, just rustic charm to relax in. This does need to be booked in advance, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required at a charge of £40. We will have the water heated to around 40c for your arrival, this temperature will be maintained for several hours but if you would like to top up the heat you are welcome to light the woodburner.

Dog friendly cottage in a Northumbrian village

Stylish, refurbished self contained annex attached to the owners house. Own private entrance via a private patio. The main bedroom has patio doors to another small secluded patio which borders a field with horses. A family of foxes live in the wood and are regularly seen in the field. You can relax in, or wander around our garden which has a fish pond, little man made stream and bridge. Less than a mile to a beautiful beach. Enjoy the beautiful Northumbrian coastline and castles.

Our little family had a great weekend in the caravan, when we arrived we all commented on how neat and tidy the caravan was. Linda was helpful and the directions for find the caravan were bang on The site itself was great and we enjoyed a lovely evening walk on the beach. We look forward to returning next time we are in the area.

Great stay! The host was welcoming and responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s also conveniently close to New Ashington train station. Would happily stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay. It is such a cosy, gorgeous house! The hot tub is perfect, nice and secluded so you don't feel like you're being overlooked. The beds very comfortable and the location is brilliant, it's 10 mins into the main town and some lovely walks. I would defintely stay here again. I would say there wasn't much washing up liquid or toilet paper so I would advise bringing more of your own supplies and the garden defintely needed a good sweeping, we weren't able to use the cushions as they'd been left out in the rain. but overall a brill stay and I would definitely recommend! Thanks for a lovely stay!

We were a group of nine and the house was perfect for our needs. We loved the quirky style, it was really well equipped and the kitchen dining area was just perfect for a big gathering. There is a beautiful beach walking distance from the house and easy access to the beautiful Northumberland coast. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed at Dawn’s for two nights with elderly mother to visit family. Fantastic place. Beautifully presented. Very clean and cosy. Honestly couldn’t fault it. Ideal location for visiting Morpeth and North Sheilds. We shall be back again when we next come up to visit. Excellent communication too from Dawn before we arrived. Thanks so much!
