Perfectly located for walkers and explorers, this self contained tiny home is attached to the back of our home, with its own entrance and just a 5 minute walk to the cliff top, 7 minute walk to the beach along with the O2 and BIC close by too. There are lots of places to explore right on the doorstep, many of which can be reached by walking, cycling or hopping on a sightseeing bus meaning once you arrive if you have a car you can leave it parked up on our driveway for the duration of your stay!

The apartment is situated in a quiet, character victorian building, and guests enjoy exclusive parking for 2 cars. For a single occupant only. The en-suite accommodation we offer is clean & comfortable with parking, easy access to Bournemouth , beaches & Westbourne. A private entrance for your convenience. 15 min walk through pleasure gardens to Bournemouth town & beaches. 10 min walk to Westbourne. On the number 36 bus route into Bournemouth, Talbot uni campus and Kinson . There is a fridge, microwave & kettle Basic crockery & cutlery. Note there are NO other cooking facilities provided/permitted

The Little Cabin (annex with own entrance)

The Little Cabin is located just outside of Poole and is within a short drive of the beautiful beach of Sandbanks. It is also perfectly located for a visit to Compton Acres or a short stay before catching the ferry to France or The Channel Islands. The Little Cabin is a newly furbished self contained small unit with separate bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. It contains an professional air conditioning unit to keep you cool. It also has it's own entrance door at the side of our house.

Take a break at this beautiful 1 bedroom hideaway. Close to the wonderful beaches of Southbourne. It has its own private parking space for 1 vehicle. Great links to Bournemouth town centre, Christchurch, Hengistbury Head. Pokesdown train station just a 10 minute walk away. New forest a short drive away. Local shops 5 mins walk Numerous restaurants and entertainment venues close by. Great base to explore Fully equipped kitchen, Modern shower room, TV, Wifi, Comfortable living/dining area

I'm excited to offer this new space for an amazing holiday or to explore different locations. Boscombe and surrounding areas are incredibly scenic. All are welcome except parties as the block is quiet and unsuitable. Just completed, freshly decorated with new carpet throughout. Large windows give a light airy feel to each room overlooking lush green gardens with no overlooking properties. Virgin media after a long day exploring or playing on the beach. EV charger available (fees apply)

Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

Stylish Studio Apartment/3min to BIC/5min to beach

Stylish Studio Apartment is a high standard studio apartment. This beautiful apartment is located in the very heart of Bournemouth town centre. Great for both, individuals or couples. Shops, bars and restaurants are all at your door step and a five minute walk takes you to award winning Beach. The BIC Centre is a three minute walk and the bus stop on the main square will take you to Poole and other Dorset attractions. Excellent location to explore the best Bournemouth has to offer.

Newly refurbished spacious ground floor apartment in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.
