It has rustic charm with country modern facilities and is situated in a peaceful rural lane which leads directly onto the forest. It is very near to the coast and the bustling Georgian market town of Lymington where you can also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal ( 30 mins crossing ) or charter a yacht and sail yourself. Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !

The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. The house itself has so much character with a mix of original and modern furniture, high ceilings and a stunning roll top bath.

The Barn is a beautiful oak framed building that has been in it's present location for a few hundred years. previously it was a thatched cow barn.
