Vacation rentals with breakfast in Boscombe

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

Spotlessly clean, very peaceful location, private courtyard, close to the town (5 minute walk), perfect base for exploring Swanage, Poole & surrounding areas. Catherine was very welcoming & knowledgeable of the area. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place for some relaxing days in the magical Mudeford. Hayley has put together a fantastic package, all very well organised.

Stayed for a family party being held at a nearby venue. Was just overnight so didn't have a chance to explore the area but looked beautiful. Helpful host answering questions in advance and during stay. The place looked well kitted out if we had had time for a longer stay. happy to recommend to others.

I had a fantastic stay at Cootes Annexe from the moment I arrived. Harriet was an amazing host from booking to check out. The location was perfect, very peaceful and lots of footpaths and bridleways for some amazing walks, the annexe was spotless and exactly as described and pictured, with lots of little touches like air fresheners, abundance of fresh towels, hand washes and creams in both bathrooms etc. Harriet also left a fabulous welcome basket with all essentials along with treats, juice, tea, coffee and milk. Communication was excellent - responsive, friendly and very helpful without being intrusive. Harriet warmth shines through and she really does care about making her guests feel comfortable and welcome. I will definitely stay again and will highly recommend Cootes Annexe to anyone visiting this beautiful area. Thank you, Harriet, for such a wonderful stay!

This was a great stay for us as a last minute booking for one night. Great beds. Everyone slept well. Shower in every room was convenient. Cooked breakfast was great! Helen also went the extra mile providing an iron and printing something off for me. Highly recommended!!

I stayed at Grace’s beautiful house with two friends and we thought the house was absolutely lovely. It has been designed so well with softly co-ordinating colours. We did not have a car, but were able to easily walk into town and down to the sea front.

Excellent location! A very short walk to the beach and only 20 minutes to Bournemouth. A comfortable flat with lots of space, great floor plan for families. Yes it could do with a few touch ups but it wouldn’t stop me from going back. If you’re looking for fish and chips head to Chez Fred, they are delicious. We didn’t meet Jason and family but were given clear instructions for check in. Thank you very much, we’ll be back again.

Susan lives in a cozy house in Westbourne. The house is located near Alum Chine Beach. Bournemouth Centre is about 40min by walk or take a bus. The room was clean and comfortable. Ideal for solo traveller. The price was high value for money. Susan was friendly and gave a few recommendations. I would definitely recommend to stay there.

Although I agree with some previous comments about some updating being needed it catered for my needs. The bedroom/lounge was comfortable and roomy. The shower had been just redone and well with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped. Parking within the pub carpark gave me peace of mind. Overall I had an enjoyable stay a stones throw from the famous Gold Hill. Daniel is a very friendly host and always went the extra mile with any request. Recommended.

Brian is the perfect host and his annexe is the perfect place to stay if you want the wonderful beaches without the craziness of Bournmouth. Brian always responded immediately, and was super helpful regarding check in and giving us information about the area. The annex is perfect for a couple, but note that the kitchen and living room area is on the first floor. Everything you could possibly need was provided, including bread and croisant, milk, tea, coffee, etc. The area was quiet and about a 5 minute walk to the beach, though a bit of a climb up. We had bikes and riding along the coast was wonderful. Thank you Brian, and hope to stay with you again soon!

We had a great stay in this apartment - very clean and beautifully decorated and an ideal place to stay with a dog. We loved the sitting area with a smart TV and the fact that we could use the hot tub too. There were little extras like Croissants in the freezer and orange juice in the fridge which were lovely touches. Perfect location too-a 5 minute drive to Lulworth Cove where we walked to Durdle Door. We also visited Corfe Castle and Old Harry Rocks. Already recommended to a friend 😊

Ultra quirky little hideaway. Lots of little oddities that you keep on finding. Very compact but everything you need (don’t expect ultra modern. It would be so wrong in this flat, so no microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher etc but that was just fine by me). The bed was ultra comfortable. Everything about this flat makes you feel you have ‘come home’. Absolute gem of a balcony overlooking the sea (we spent many happy moments watching drivers trying to find parking spaces smug in the knowledge that we had a private bay) Lucky enough to be there during this years heat wave and so pleasant just sitting watching the world go by. A massive plus is that the balcony is not overlooked by anyone. The Sonos system was perfect. Didn’t even turn tv/Netflix on. No need with the view you get. It is up some quite narrow stairs so may not suit the elderly (we are in our 60’s and I problems at all.😄). So it’s a 10 from us!

Had a lovely night at Glenn’s, before a wedding. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The little treats and breakfast supplies in the room were very appreciated. I can happily recommend Glenn’s place.

This place is clean, new, we'll finished and in a beautiful neighbourhood, vlose to the harbour and near enough to Parkstone train station. Louis was very polite, respectful and helpful too.

I had a great stay. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Anna was a very good host. I had regular communication before my arrival as I had quite a complicated journey, but she was flexible with my arrival time and made sure everything was ready when I finally did arrive. Continental breakfast was delivered to the door of the accommodation and it was very well received. Thank you, Anna.

We had a great stay at Julia & Steve’s place, they were excellent hosts and they have a beautiful home. Apart from being very welcoming, friendly & offering great recommendations, they also went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay - checking dietary requirements, storing our bicycles & even putting up birthday bunting for my partners birthday. The included breakfasts were also a strong highlight as well as meeting their dogs & horse - would highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely stunning place. Exactly like the pictures. Jackie and Steve are really friendly and hospitable. The breakfast spread was beautiful. I literally cannot fault anything. 100% recommend and would return.

Amy and Ian were all around fantastic hosts. Their place was lovely and is situated in a splendid location inside the new forest National park. There is fantastic walks right on their doorstep as well as a lovely pub just a 10 minute walk away. We also did the extra animal experience which was lots of fun and would highly recommend to anyone staying here. This is an absolute gem of an air b and b. Thanks Amy and Ian!

Perfect place for my stay- was there for work so was a little stressed but Pat was so friendly and helpful, bedroom was clean and comfortable and had easy accessible kitchen with light breakfast and coffee options. Would recommend

Very quiet and extremely picturesque place. We absolutely loved it! Many old buildings including the B&B. We went hiking in Cranborne chase national landscape, not very far from the village and ate at a very good local restaurant. The hostess is the sweetest lady with whom we enjoyed chatting! She made us a delicious continental breakfast.
