Family-friendly vacation rentals in Bošana

Quiet cottage in a good location on a very nicely landscaped property. It is only a few meters to the first "beach", and some nicer coves are within a 10-minute walk. The communication with Kristijan and his brother Danijel went smoothly, both always responded quickly and helpfully, and there were also tips on restaurants or shopping via WA. The property is fantastic with many herbs and olive trees. Unfortunately, at the time we were there (late May) there was a pretty caterpillar plague, especially on the oak at the beginning of the property, which inevitably limited the baby's crawling radius. The apartment itself has everything you need, although the coffee machine was unfortunately defective - but a replacement would have been organized if necessary ☺️ Only the parking situation is a bit difficult, as some have already written. In any case, we would like to come back, then maybe at a different time of the year😊

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Dalibor's cottage is a great place. Very clan and spacious and perfectly equipped for a short - or longer - stay. We really liked the atmosphere and leisuring on the deck and in the jacuzzi after long hikes in the neighborhood. You are a few minutes away by car from 3 large supermarkets and any styles of restaurants. Perfect place for sending time in the Plitvice area (the entrance of the Park is 20 minutes away). Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

What you see on the pictures is what you get! Absolutely amazing location, we think the best possible house on that stretch of the coast. We stayed before the height of the season, so I can't speak for the rest of the summer, but for us it was very calm, quiet, and uncrowded. The apartment is small but cozy, has everything you need, the balcony is a godsend to enjoy the view and soak in the sea breeze. Vesna was a great host, very accommodating and communicative, really did her best to keep us well-informed and feeling welcome. We would confidently recommend this place!

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

A great apartment with a beautiful view of the sea, which you can reach in 1 minute on foot. It is also great that you can rent a stand-up paddle. Communication was friendly and warm. It was a pity that we only learned on the day of departure that we had to pay a surcharge for the dogs. When we booked, there was no information about it.

What a lovely place this is! Spacious cabin with comfortable beds, beautiful surroundings and the shower/toilet building is also very clean. I had cooking utensils with me, so I could have stayed longer. Don't have cooking utensils? Then you can drive 10 minutes to a nearby town, where you have more than enough options to eat. The swimming pool is also very popular! I enjoyed it :)

The place is really perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. If you cross the street you are right on the sea on a small beach - slightly larger beaches are also within walking distance. The place is small but perfect for two people. On the balcony, you have a great view and with the available awning, it is also easy to stay there at noon in August. The pool is perfect to cool off in between - and we got a free lounger there at all times. Daniela was an incredibly warm and friendly hostess! In summary, we can highly recommend the place😊

We loved to stay in this lovely home. The view is stunning here. The pool is a great refreshment. Altogether very private and calming experience. Lots of activities in the surroundings. I definitely recommend.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The studio is very nice and cozy. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and make a lot of effort to have a nice garden. Right outside the door is a pool which can be used at any time during the day. There are tables and chairs outside where you can eat. Everything was very clean and tidy. It is a 30-minute walk to the city center. With Bolt or Uber Pro, it is about €7 (5 min). Thank you for everything.

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

The place was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free lounging options. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was easily possible at any time. We will certainly be back!

Very cozy and spacious accommodation with a beautiful view

Lorena's houses are AMAZING. We had a trip for 5 days with 2 kids under 2. Two separated rooms was perfect for us. Houses are geniously equipped, you will find there everything whats needed. The dishwasher and laundry is an additional detail which was very good to have. Houses are perfectly located, nearby the centre and bus station (where you can go eg to Split or Krka national park). Close you will also have a supermarket where you can buy totally everything. Definitely we will recommend this place to friends and maybe go back to Zadar again in the future.

The apartment is superbly furnished, has a large terrace with a fantastic view. The infinity pool with a view over the sea is in a very beautifully maintained garden. The location of the property directly by the sea, with stairs to the private, concreted lounging area with sun loungers and parasol is exceptionally beautiful. The beach is flat and the ground mostly sandy. The landlady Vesna has decorated the apartment with a lot of love, and everything is functional and generous. Water, orange juice and milk were ready in the cold refrigerator. Ivan discreetly ensures the cleanliness of the pool and garden area every day. Vesna and Ivan are very warm hosts and are always trying to give guests maximum privacy, we had the pool area and the beach area to ourselves.
