The lovingly furnished wooden house offers plenty of space for friends & family of 130 sq m. Away from the tourist hotspots, you can find peace & quiet in nature, on walks through the Bodden landscape, sunbathing on the terrace, cosily in front of the fireplace, with a view over the wide field where deer and cranes say good morning to each other. The nearest hotspots for water sports enthusiasts are just a few minutes away, the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are 25 min away. Dogs are very welcome.

Zingsthus is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation by the Baltic Sea. Nestled in a quiet side street, it’s just a short walk from the beach. You can enjoy cozy comfort all year round, complete with a terrace and sauna. If you’re dreaming of beach air, sandcastle building, birdwatching, salt water surfing, wind-in-your-hair cycling, and breathtaking sunsets, Zingsthus is the place for you! The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

The location of the house is convincing with its fantastic view of Bodden and the adjacent small harbor. But the generous amenities with fireplace and sauna are also impressive. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and cozy corner bathtub. In the living area with sofas and armchairs, the fireplace provides cozy warmth in stormy times. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

Crooked Kate

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.
