The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

Die Ferienwohnung „Seaside 2“ liegt ruhig und trotzdem im Zentrum von Prerow in gerader Linie zur Seebrücke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum wunderschönen Strand und zur Seebrücke sind es 600 Meter. Diese Ferienwohnung ist 2020 fertiggestellt worden und mit allem Komfort für einen angenehmen Urlaub ausgestattet. Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen, moderne neue Küche mit Kochinsel, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Kaffeemaschine uvm.

Unsere kleine Reiterstube befindet sich in idyllischer Lage direkt auf unserem 200 Jahre alten Hof zwischen Ostsee und Saaler Bodden. Hier leben Katzen, Hühner, Pferde und Schafe harmonisch zusammen. Liebe Haustiere, sind ebenfalls willkommen. (10€/Nacht)Moderne Ausstattung und große Gemütlichkeit sind uns wichtig! Fühlt Euch wie zu Hause! Unsere 2 Zimmer Ferienwohnung 45qm liegt im Dachgeschoss, ein kombiniertes Wohn-& Esszimmer mit Küchenzeile bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett eingerichtet. Im Wohnraum steht Ihnen ein drittes Bett zur Verfügung. Bad mit WC und Dusche. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei bis drei Gäste ausgelegt. Der zur Wohnung gehörende PKW Stellplatz liegt direkt am Haus und steht Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

You can pay the tourist tax directly upon arrival. You will receive the visitor cards from us.
