Quiet apartment with 2 rooms in the city of Rostock, in the Kröpeliner Tor suburb. The old town, cafes, bars, restaurants, cinema, theater, the city harbor, the train station and the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde are easily accessible on foot or by public transport. Guests have a private bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a living room with an additional dining table and a work table, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with a built-in kitchen. The apartment completes a hallway and storage room.

Die FeWo befindet sich in ruhiger Lage im Rostocker Stadtteil Gehlsdorf. Die geräumige Unterkunft (93 qm) hat einen Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, Flur und Bad, sowie einen Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa (Kinderbetten sind nicht vorhanden) und offener Küche. Vom Wohnraum gelangt man auf die Terrasse zum Verweilen. Für Fahrräder steht ein abschließbarer Raum zur Verfügung. Ein Auto kann unter dem Carport geparkt werden. Via Schlüsselsafe ist die Anreise ab 15:00 und die Abreise bis 11:00 Uhr möglich.

Welcome to our sunny little apartment with a closet full of books, original art on the walls and a kitchenette for light meals. Worth seeing on the farm: the BLACK BOX GALLERY and the YELLOW CUBE ceramic studio. The Kunsthof is located on the edge of the Rostock heath, conveniently on the L22, with horse paddocks vis a vis. The Baltic Sea + shopping are 5 km away. Bus stop is almost outside the door.

Welcome! Your living area (25 square meters) on the 4th floor is bright and has a kitchenette, bathroom and separate entrance in addition to the bedroom (bed 1.60 m). In the kitchen you will find a hot plate, kitchen appliances, sink, dishes and a fridge. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. By public transport (3 min walk) you can reach the beach and city center quickly and easily. There is also free street parking. The apartment is not suitable for toddlers.

A riding stable is close by. Many interesting excursion destinations are only a few kilometers away, such as the island of Hiddensee. Beaches and restaurants are within easy reach.

Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, an apartment in a convenient location awaits you. After 1 km you are in the center of the old town with the Gothic town hall and other historical sights, the tourist center and numerous restaurants.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

Deichhof Zingst FeWo 2

The Deichhof Zingst, a holiday paradise on the Darss, between the Baltic Sea and Bodden. The half-timbered property with its meadows, groves and proximity to the water offers the perfect place to switch off and relax. Children especially enjoy the great freedom of movement. Just a few steps across the courtyard lead to the dike with the inland waterway behind it, the Bodden. Here we offer the use of our small harbor for sailors and anglers.

Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.
