Modern and lovingly furnished apartment on two floors in a building renovated in 2023. On the 2nd floor there is the open living/dining/cooking area as well as an outdoor balcony with south orientation and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are under the roof. Two other sleeping places possible on the sofa bed. The apartment is very centrally located about 300m from the city park and 400m from the city center. Within a radius of 50 m there is a bakery with a café, a supermarket and a snack bar.

On the 1st floor of our house we offer an apartment of about 28 m². Up there, a staircase must be used. In addition to TV, there are also games and books available in the living area. The kitchen includes microwave and fridge as well as kettle, coffee maker toaster . The bathroom with shower and toilet is equipped with a bathroom laundry. The outskirts of the house, apart from nearby highway connection, offers good opportunities for cycling and hiking, e.g. in the neighboring wildlife park.

In the middle of the tranquil Münsterland lies this cozy and newly modernized granny apartment in Rhede-Nord. Despite the fact that many new residential areas have recently been built here, the house is still surrounded by nature. Extensive walks through fields and forests are thus easily possible. By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

With her 70 square meters, it has plenty of space for 2 people who like to relax and walk from here in 15 minutes on foot in the city center. We are happy to provide bikes - because nothing works here without the popular "bikes"! The bakery with a small shop is 1 minute walk away. Smoking is prohibited!

The 50 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor in our quiet 4 family house. It is located in the central city center (peripheral location), close to the promenade and is suitable for 2 people and a dog. Restaurants with outdoor dining, butcher, baker, and discount store are a 2-minute walk. In the fully equipped apartment you will find a bedroom, daylight bathroom, living-dining room, large TV, kitchen and parking space, as well as 2 free bicycles.

Above the rooftops of Gemen

Our self-contained attic apartment offers plenty of space on 53 square meters, is flooded with light and quiet. It is located a few hundred meters from the Gemen Youth Castle and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the Münsterland park landscape. Two bakeries with breakfast and an organic shop are within a three-minute walk. You can safely park and charge your e-bikes in our garage. Two restaurants are also within walking distance.

Beautiful spacious, quiet and centrally located attic apartment with large kitchen-living room, living room, bedroom and bathroom near the town center and the moated castle of Gemen. The moated castle and the center of Gemen are within walking distance. The bakery with breakfast service is about 3 minutes away. Bicycles can be safely parked in the garage and charged if necessary. The car is parked right in front of the house on the street.

Haus Barbara - self-sufficient farmhouse in Borken

An old farmhouse from the early 20th century - thanks to a solar system (hot water) /photovoltaics (electricity) and its own groundwater, the house functions self-sufficiently and sustainably. A few years ago, my wife and I decided to renovate our house and make part of the space available for vacation guests. We look forward to interacting with the new guests, offering them a great time and simply a pleasant stay in our cozy home.

Dear Guest!!! This Finnhütte is classic split. The living area with small kitchen and bathroom is on the ground floor. In the very sloping attic there is a bed(90× 200m) that can be reached by stairs. Stairs is relatively steep ( Finnhütte just ). A seating area is available outside in front of the hut. Electric heating is available. We will provide you with bed linen and a towel for your stay.
