A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. Small Alpine Tower

The Piccola Torre Alpina has a small living room, a kitchenette with 2 burners, fridge and microwave, an internal bathroom, and a bedroom with a bunk bed on the upper floor. The building dates back to the late 18th century. Towels, soap, and a hairdryer are provided. Inside the kitchen cabinets, there are pots and dishes. Breakfast is not included. However, for those who want it, it is served in the special breakfast room. Pets are allowed.

Casa dei Moch

Single house surrounded by nature with breathtaking panoramic views of the city of Belluno. It is perfect for those looking for a relaxing vacation or for those who love walks and hikes. The large garden is partially shared with the guests of Casa Cere (the large yellow house next door), but without preventing both from enjoying a private space. The heated hot tub (usable all year round) and barbecue area are shared with Casa Cere guests.

Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
