L'appartamento è strutturato su tre livelli: piano terra con cucina/soggiorno e bagno semi accessoriato (senza doccia) ; 1° piano con ampia camera da letto , ampio bagno completo di doccia e vasca separati; sottotetto (2° camera da letto) raggiungibile attraverso una scala in comune con altra abitazione, con un letto ad una piazza e mezza ed una branda + piccolo bagno (solo wc e lavandino). L'alloggio è in centro storico Sul retro della casa c'è possibilità di parcheggio non a pagamento.

Nella zona è possibile effettuare gite in barca. La casa mette a disposizioni 6 biciclette per escursioni nel boscone della Mesola e nelle numerose ciclabili della zona.
