Wow, as good as the photos are - they understate the size of the property which is gigantic. It is a mansion, not a house and you’ll forever be finding additional seating and areas throughout your stay. The property could use a little love, but ultimately this adds to the charm and evident history of the villa. Paintings, ornaments and the likes are littered through the house adding to the intrigue. Thankfully the roads leading up the villa are wide and well paved once you get to the private compound gate (2 km’s), and there are better roads than others pre this point. There is a stray cat which likes to rest on the property, however it does keep to itself and may not be permanent. The bedrooms are huge, all with ensuites and the dual kitchen gives you options too. It really is a special place to stay with amazing views of the water, city and mountains.

We had the most splendid 6 days at this beautiful villa. The views were beautiful and the area was very peaceful. The villa was exceptionally equipped, allowing us to cook, bbq etc. We slept really well and have come away refreshed and relaxed from our lovely stay. You will need a car, but this allowed us to take a trip to Agrigento and multiple visits to Cefalu. Anna and her husband were extremely kind and friendly.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! La casa è molto bella, con una cucina ben attrezzata che ci ha permesso anche di cucinare in maniera agevole .Il set di benvenuto, con cibo e bevande, è stato un piacevole pensiero. Abbiamo apprezzato i doppi servizi, entrambi con doccia, che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più comodo. La camera da letto con un pavimento originale del 1700 aggiunge un tocco di storia all'ambiente, insieme ad altri dettagli molto curati. L'host è stato disponibile e attento .La posizione della casa ci ha permesso di esplorare a piedi il paese e tutti i principali servizi sono a pochi passi. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno in una location centrale e ben servita.

we had a wonderful stay at the villa. So many flowers and butterflies. The vieuw was amazing! The host was very kind and friendly and gave us some very helpfull tips to visit the area! We enjoyed the sunset in the evenings! The shower outside was really special. We stayed with 4 adults and al four of us had a wonderful stay. Thank you Paolo for sharing your beautiful house!

Ein großartiger Ort, um dem stressigen Alltag zu entgehen. Abseits aber trotzdem nah, liegt das Anwesen in den Bergen. Alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail angelegt und wird gehegt und gepflegt. Danke für die herzliche Aufnahme vorallem an „Giuseppe“ und „Paco“.

Nous avons passé plus d'un mois merveilleux a la maison des vingt fruits , et nous ne pourrions pas être plus satisfaits de notre expérience ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement, et nous avons immédiatement eu l'impression d'être chez nous. La maison est spacieuse et parfaitement adaptée aux familles. Nos enfants ont adoré jouer dans la piscine, qui était un véritable havre de paix, surtout pendant les journées ensoleillées. Les jardins environnants sont magnifiques et offrent une vue à couper le souffle sur la campagne sicilienne. Nous avons également apprécié la proximité des plages et des charmants villages siciliens, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir la culture locale et de savourer la délicieuse cuisine. Sophie et Alberto ont été des hôtes exceptionnels, toujours disponibles pour nous donner des conseils sur les endroits à visiter et les restaurants à essayer. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!
