This house was beyond our expectations - it’s more like a mansion than a house. It’s on an amazing property, private with a lush garden, patios in all directions and it overlooks the ocean and the nearby castle! We were three families who shared this house and it had the perfect setup with the 5 bedrooms almost mimicking three minor apartments / wings, offering privacy for all. The shared spaces; living room, dining room and kitchen were all super cozy, well lit, and had all amenities. We are so happy we booked this house for our stay exploring southern Sicily! Alessandra was super communicative and an excellent host.

My family stayed for 9 days, in this apartment with many spaces and very bright. Great location and equipped with all services, such as supermarkets, cafes, bakery, pizzeria located below the house. Salvo was a very helpful host and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend staying there.

The house and location were fantastic for us! We couldn't stop enjoying the peace and let the view wander over the beautiful countryside. The house is very nicely decorated and ideal for 2 persons. The facility is functional, without unnecessary stuff. Communication with Melissa was top notch. We really enjoyed it and would come back right away.

Such a beautiful place to start our Sicilian adventure in! Stunning view from a generous veranda, everything you need in the very private house, and Gianfranco was a lovely host. The communication was great from start to finish. When I messaged to confirm exactly what time we would get there, which was late due to our flight, he very kindly organised a light meal to be waiting for us. All the products were fantastic, paired beautifully with his wine! An absolute gem of a place! We spent many happy hours walking in the local forest and driving around the beautiful countryside.

Together with my family and my dog, we stayed for a weekend at Giovanna's villa and we were very satisfied. The beautiful villa with modern interiors and equipped with all comforts, with a beautiful swimming pool outside equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and a patio ideal for evenings of pure relaxation. The sea is a few hundred meters away, to be reached on foot through a small street, with a beautiful clean and uncrowded beach, ideal for spending holidays in peace. In addition, the property has sports equipment and bicycles that allowed us to take pleasant rides to the center of Scoglitti, along the promenade. A commendation also to the hosts Giovanna and her husband Antonio, they are really exceptional, very thoughtful, service-oriented and scrupulously attentive to detail. I recommend the property and in the future we will return, because it was a very positive experience.

Once again in that beautiful apartment, in that beautiful town and in that beautiful country. The We had a great time even though the weather was not very good. There were also repairs on the street, but since we were always outside, it didn't bother us. Andrea as always is kind and her apartment is 100% recommended.

The apartment is very large and equipped with all the necessary equipment, even beyond the description provided, the three bedrooms are equipped with fans as well as the kitchen and the living room, while two bedrooms have air conditioning. But the apartment is cool if you keep the numerous windows open. Clearly, the added value is the large terrace overlooking the beach from which you can see a spectacular sunset and is equipped with sun loungers, a rattan living room and a covered table for breakfast, lunches and dinners that are worth making at home. Excellent recently renovated bathroom and the very modern shower.
