It is independent, surrounded by centuries-old oaks and olive trees. In summer, you can take advantage of a private pool a 2-minute drive from the house.

Accommodation in the historic center of Orte with parking a few meters away. Not far from the A1 toll booth and the FS station. In the house you can find every service and a terrace (100 square meters) with views of the Tiber River and the hills equipped for outdoor relaxation. There are 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds that can be joined in a double), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), living room, kitchen, grottino. You welcome cyclists with bike safe accommodation.
