The house stands by the shore and includes a private hot tub (renewed in june 2021) where you can enjoy the ocean and mountain view. It is away from farms in the area so you can enjoy some peace and quiet of Icelandic nature. It's 30 km west of Borgarnes. The location is perfect if you are traveling to Snæfellsnes peninsula. Our location is ideal for observing the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) as they can be seen from October through March. There are no nearby lights.

Cosy cabin, beautiful lake area with sauna.

Great stay only 8 minutes from Borgarnes with sauna. 1 hour drive from Reykjavík. Perfect short stop for your journey to get a good rest or for longer stays. Plenty of beautiful scenery around the cabin and many amazing landmark must sees in driving proximity. Snæfellsnes glacier peninsula, waterfalls, Arnarstapi, Glanni and much more within 1.2 hour drive. Small cabin, but has all you need and more. Cold tub available by request if weather alows.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary it is a tower with an amazing view. You can see the northern light from the top and have the breakfast with and amazing view. It is a horse farm and you can see horses from the top floor and a hot spring in the middle of the river. Its is not suitable for children there are narrow stairs and no door between floors.
