The apartment was great. Location is right next to the restaurants/ beaches and Old Town ( 4 min walk). EACH room has AC , which is a must if you travel in the summer. Beds are very comfortable. The building has its own restaurant and reception. They call the taxi if you need. Milos is very a helpful and accommodating host who responded to questions promptly and clearly. Thank you for a great stay!

A lovely apartment with great views of Kotor Bay, great for a boat pick up for the tour. Olga and the team are very friendly and helpful, you’ll enjoy your stay.

A beautiful and homely space where we were able to enjoy the stunning views and close proximity to Kotor old town. Igor was an attentive and communicative host and even allowed us to check in 30 minutes before they agreed check-in time which was a massive relief after a long day of travel. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this beautiful apartment.

We loved our stay at this place, Jelena was so so kind and had a great personality (also has a super cute dog ❤️). The apartment was exactly as described and shown in pictures, comes with a secluded patio where you can chill as well. Overall, loved everything about it and would recommend to anyone who comes to Budva to stay here!

It is a superb location to stay at in Budva. The apartment is nice and clean and has everything you need. The view from the balcony is great and you can chill out on it. The Dukley estate is a high-class property that includes a secluded area packed with a luxury hotel, private apartments, restaurants, spa salons and a beach. There is a free golf cart transportation inside the gated community of Dukley and our favorite part - a free boat departing from Dukley to the old town of Budva every hour. There is a pedestrian tunnel that starts under the Dukley leading to the beaches in Budva or on the other side of Dukley there is a Becici beach in a 10 minute walking distance. Parking inside is paid and expensive (there is an hourly option (2 euro/hour) and day parking at Dukley Hotel (30 euro). We parked inside for one night only and then managed to park in a free spot on the road below the Dukley place (Becici side). In the evening there are some spots available if you are lucky.

We recently stayed for a week away with our young family. The house is absolutely perfect, has everything you can possibly need for an incredible holiday. The view is out of this world - we felt very lucky to be there. Mladen was so friendly and helpful, answering all questions we had very quickly and going out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Like everyone who writes Oksana is a great host, he's always there for any questions. The apartment was clean and the same as the pictures, close to the beach and shops. +Across the street is directly a restaurant where there is a different daily menu every day (soup, main course, salad, and casa pizza's yr for €9.5). The beach restaurants/cafes where there are also plenty of fast food (pizza, gyros, palanic, burger, etc for 2-4€) are not far away. As well as an idea shop and various bakeries are close to the apartment. - For those who plan to cook often, there may be no hot water in the kitchen to wash dishes. +In the apartment there are basic cooking utensils, a hair dryer, an ironing board and an iron, a washing machine, a clothesline for drying the laundry(which should possibly be replaced-the pair of wires are discouraged). -What it doesn't have a scratch/detergent to wash your laundry, but it's easy to get. But nothing works on Sundays, so on time to shop. For those who come with small children and strollers - you know there are about a dozen steps before the elevator. +You get the internet you can carry with you, the battery holds for 4 hours.

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Perfect accommodation for our group of 9! The house was beautiful and the host was very responsive. The location was ideal and we loved the pool. The only negative points were that the wifi was malfunctioning and one of the showers was leaking.

Had a brilliant stay at Tatiana’s place. Tatiana was incredibly responsive throughout and let us have a later check out, which was really helpful with children. The apartment itself is great. Has everything that you need, is as described and clean. The view from the balcony was an absolute highlight for us. We spent every evening on the balcony - the view is something we will miss. There is also a pool, which my kids really enjoyed. The apartment itself is located about 1 hours walk from Kotor old town, but it is a nice walk along the beach front. Taxi’s are also easily accessible. We actually really enjoyed the area where the apartment itself is located. A little quieter than the busier old town- but still with a beautiful beach/promenade.There is a great restaurant nearby- where you can swim in the sea - which was great. Our kids loved it. There is also a park, a shop and a brilliant bakers within walking distance. Would recommend!

We spent 5 days with 4 people in this apartment. The apartment is beautiful and clean. It is just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The sea is visible from the balcony. All amenities are within walking distance. It is easy to park the car on the street as many spaces are available. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay which is appreciated. I would recommned this property 👍💯

A very nice flat, 2 min away from the sea. Clean, new, registration service. The only thing we did not enjoy was the Construction site. But Becici now is being constructed rapidly.

Nena and Čedo’s place was perfect that we extended our stay! They were extremely accommodating, the housekeeping were attentive and friendly. They even got the table tennis table out for us very kindly. We would recommend, thank you!

We had a great stay, the view from the pool is incredible. The house is equipped with ever that you need for a short stay, there is cute little beach and a great restaurant Tramontana beach bar with amazing food and views within walkable distance.

The place is amazing, the view is stunning, and everything is as described. Jelena was outstanding. We had a special request, and she granted it for us. She provided correct and detailed instructions, making check-in very smooth. We had an incident where locals slashed our tires and scratched our car due to a hate crime (I know, shocking, considering the civilized impression this village conveys). Jelena was very helpful and sent someone to assist us in fixing the car. She even offered us an extra day completely free. She did everything she could to ensure we enjoyed our stay despite the unforeseen difficulties.

Perfect location on the beach with a great view from the balcony and bedroom. Lots of choice of restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place to stay with amazing views, location is a little far out from the centre but the host is very helpful with providing local taxi numbers and even phoned on occasion for us as we was struggling. Kept in communication the whole time and offered to arrange trips etc help to and from the airport

Ljiljana was in contact with us until our arrival and provided clear information. Although we arrived early, it was convenient. We had no problems during our stay. The location is quite good and the terrace view was extraordinary. The sea in front of it was a little cold, maybe it was because of the time we stayed. In general, we preferred Horizonti beach because the sea is warmer. It was an accommodation that we were definitely satisfied with due to its private parking lot for the vehicle, being in touch with nature, being 15 minutes from the center of Budva, being a stone house, being cool during the day and warm at night, and having a wonderful view. I would recommend it to everyone.

Everything was just amazing! The apartment was just like the photos, everything was clean and had all the needs what you need and even more. Hosts are very friendly, always replied, and helped then needed. The location of the place is also great. It has all of the necessities near and lots of great restaurants. Really liked staying there, felt like a second home!

This is a wonderful apartment, very bright and clean, located on the top floor. it’s have everything you need for life: a dishwasher, a refrigerator, dishes, cleaning products and much more. A wonderful view from all the windows of the sea. The sea is just a couple of minutes walk away. In the evenings it was sometimes little noisy in the restaurants on the beach , but the noise always stopped after 23. Mags and Milos were very kind and attentive, always asking if we needed anything. There was a nice gift - wine and lots of snacks in the refrigerator :) We recommend these apartments to you
