I'm so glad I chose this place! I had such a good time! I had such a relaxing time! The apartment has everything I needed, and every morning looking at the mountains with the sun shining was so nice! It is very private, quiet and peaceful. There's plenty of supermarkets, and the bus station (with rabbits and other animals ❤️) is very close by! You can also walk to the Old Town and beaches as well. What can I say? I loved it! I can't wait to return! Budva ❤️ 🥰

Bosko's accommodation is really wonderful. We were satisfied with everything. Beautiful view from the kitchen and living room, air conditioning in the bedroom and living room and comfortable bed and sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom was quiet at night. The advantage is the underground garage, which we appreciated very much, because the surrounding streets are packed with cars. Communication with Bosko was great, he was really interested and responded immediately to our questions. The icing on the cake is a great cafe on the ground floor of the building. If we ever return to Budva, we would definitely like to stay at Bosko's place again.

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

Iva welcomed us even though we were a bit late for check in. She has all important instructions on a brochure for her guests. Both Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioners are working just fine which is essential in that climate. I am looking forward to come back to budva and stay in Iva’s apartment.

Highly recommend staying here for your own slice of beautiful Budva old town! The location is PERFECT and instructions made it easy to find. It's on the smaller side but perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The outdoor patio is lush and I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings and wine at night. Would definitely stay again, really relaxing place.

Stefan has provided a very detailed step by step instructions with pictures and descriptions before we checked in. The process of finding the property went very smoothly when we arrived late in the night in dark. The apartment is located a 10- min walking distance to the old town. Me and my husband like this apartment very much. Bright, Spacious, clean and private parking is right in front of the property. Stefan is super fast in terms of responding to our requests and inquiry. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The apartment has a large balcony and sitting area which I found very relaxing. Highly recommend it!

Ksenija was very, very hospitable! She provided us a warm welcome and was willing to help us immediately and to answer our questions. The space was great! It is next to a Hypermarket, which was very practical. It had nice views, too. It felt private.

The location was really great, it was on a busy street and had shops, restaurants and the MegaMart grocery right downstairs which made for easy meal planning. With all the convenience right downstairs there was some noise because of early morning deliveries, but that is to be expected. Mera, the co-host was sooo helpful and nice, quick to respond with any questions, the apartment was large and very close to the beach boardwalk area, and we really enjoyed to balcony even without a beach view, the mountain view was quite nice and people watching was fun as well. We wish we had stayed longer in Budva.

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

The stay was wonderful — everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the cultural center, full of charm and history. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this place to others. Thank you, Nikola, for hosting us so kindly!

Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

Great location and very comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything in old town. Room was lovely and cool (amazing aircon) and terrace had a beautiful view. We were allowed to check in early and Nikola was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would stay again!

Stayed with the family in all three Villa Perast Apartments. We had a great time and really love our stay

We stayed 4 days in the accommodation, it was a pleasant stay with a super view, wonderful bed, beautiful spacious bathroom and really very easy to find. Tijana was very friendly and helpful during our stay, she gave good tips about the area and responded quickly. I definitely recommend this property if you want to stay in Tivat.

Markicic was a lovely host with a kind family! They were often helping us and making our stay as welcoming as possible, for example Markicic offered to drive us to the local station at 4am! The complex is nestled between the mountains and sea with one of the best morning views I have ever seen in my life and we will be returning next year!

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

It was a wonderful house in the center of Kotor. We stayed with 6 people very comfortably. It was 5 minutes away from the center of the city. It was great to sit on the balcony and watch the view of Montenegro. Our hosts made us very welcome and provided helpful information about the city details. Thank you

Alex’s apartment offers a stunning, unobstructed view of the Bay of Kotor, best enjoyed from the spacious west-facing balcony—perfect for watching the sunset. The balcony also features a motorized retractable awning, providing sun shade or cover from rain. The location is ideal, just a short drive from both Kotor and Perast, with a convenient bus stop right out front for easy access without a car. A well-stocked grocery store is just a short walk away. Inside, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the use of the pool during our stay. Alex was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. We’d absolutely stay here again—thank you, Alex and Lorna, for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Lavender Bay is a beautiful place with great facilities. It’s peaceful and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The views are amazing! Selcan was a fantastic host - very responsive and friendly. Our special request to postpone the trip was accepted without hesitation. Thanks again!! 🙏

It was our first experience in Montenegro, communication with the host was very easy. I asked everything that came to my mind and got very clear and quick answers. The house was quite clean, the view was legendary. The host thought of everything for the house, all our needs, even our coffee. It was a very nice experience.

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful accommodation located not far from Kotor. Very nice accommodation, very well decorated with a lot of very appreciable utensils (washing machine, IPTV (some problems anyway), hair dryer, etc.), just missing a microwave in the kitchen to heat up baby food or other dishes. A little difficult to find because Google always takes you through a rather dangerous road but Sanja sends several addresses to find the accommodation and then it's quite simple. Very peaceful accommodation, the terrace of the apartment overlooks the Bay of Kotor, magnificent view. We came for 1 week with our 16-month-old son and Sanja provided us with a high chair and a crib, it was perfect. I would this property.
