Bo i en liten enkel och nyrenoverad gullig stuga med kamin, tillbringa dagarna på den stora altanen med sjöutsikt i två riktningar, diska utomhus, tvätta håret i sjön, plocka kantareller i skogen precis vid tomten. Njut av det enkla och opretentiösa livet. Området är sommar-idylliskt. Badplatsen ligger mindre än 5 minuters promenad från huset och här finns både klippor, sandstrand och badstege. 10 min med bil till Alingsås.

Fiskekort i Sandsjön ingår. Det tar 25 minuter med buss till Göteborg och ca 7 km till flygplats. Busshållplats ligger 2,2 km bort och 7 km till livsmedelsbutik. Bra skogar med stigar för mountainbiking och löpning. Allt från enkla promenadslingor till utmanande milslånga rundor samt Vildmarksleden till Hindås.

Varmt välkomna till vårt moderna rökfria attefallshus på 30kvm, beläget högst upp på en kulle vid en fantastisk sjö. Här kan du luta dig tillbaka och njuta av slående utsikt över Örsjön. "Lillhuset" har 2 sängar (1 sovrum och 1 loft) . Vi bäddar skönt till er och handdukar finns. A really nice typical Swedish cottage (110 sqm) with a tasteful decor and fireplace. 8+2 extra beds and lakeview even from the sauna. Wi-Fi and 50"Smart-TV. 6 new bikes and 2 boats are included; of which one is a fishing boat (engine 1.000 SEK per week) one is a conoe boat (3 persons). 100 meters to walking paths/trails and 2 km to mountainbike tracks. Scandinavian Raceway 5 km, High Chaparral 15 km, Isaberg Mountain Resort 25 km and three golf courses within 20 km.

The amazing nature surrounding this location offers a lot of fun activities like boating, canoeing, fishing, hiking, biking etc. With it's fully equipped kitchen, generous living space with an open fireplace and ability for 9 people to sleep comfortably, it's the perfect house for both big families, groups of friends or for a romantic getaway.

The accommodation is a little cottage on our plot by the lake. Fits two adults. Ideal for cyclists, fishing interested, and hiking in fine nature. You can use our canoe and bicycles to discover the surroundings. Wake up to a view of the lake in peaceful silence.
