The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!

Our house is situated about 2 min from the bus stop, 20 min walk to city Center ( through park, Ramna Parken), We have 2 very nice lakes within a 10 min walk and a grocery store close by. You are free to use the yard tjat is shared with possibility to barbecue if the weather is nice. The house is quite close to the highway, but it is a quiet and nice neighbourhood, so hopefully this shouldn’t bother you.

There is free fishing in the lake and you are welcome to borrow our rowboat and our canoe. The host couple lives in the house next door. If you like to play golf, it is 15 km to Alingsås golf course. There are 3 other golf courses within 30 minutes' drive.
