The cosy terrace is staffed with a wood/charcoal barbecue, sunloungers and sunshade and invites to linger on sunny days. The sauna in the barn can be used against a fee (15 EUR per use). Space to bring your own horse available as well as guided trail rides on pre-arrangement and against fee. Please note, that the entrance to the apartment leads through the barn.

It is the prototype of the architecture and design start-up SYNDIKAT:WALDEN, based in Vienna, Hamburg, and, until 2023, here in Boll, and represents a reinterpretation of the traditional Black Forest wooden hut. It was designed with great attention to detail and built using only natural materials.
