Surrounded by forests, vineyards, Tinjan hill with so many trekking tours that start just behind our house, climbing rock walls, a river Rižana and the Parencana cycling road, that brings you to Triest, Koper, Portorož...Poreč. In Dekani we have excellent wines, olive oils and restaurants that you can visit and taste. We made this apartment like we will live in because we want you feel comfortable and relax.

Each apartment has its own entrance and a covered terrace with a table and chairs. There is a wide variety of herbs and spices available to guests in our garden. In front of the house there is a free parking lot. It is also possible to store bikes or motor bikes, and to use a washing machine and a tumble dryer (extra charge).

Wir haben uns bei Alenka und Diego sehr Wohlgefühlt und die Zeit dort mit Mega Aussicht aufs Meer in vollen Zügen genossen. Leider haben wir wegen dem schlechten und dann doch etwas zu kühlem Wetter nicht genutzt. Wir waren hauptsächlich im garten neben der Küche. Der Parkplatz fürs Auto ist genau neben dem Eingang. Alenka und Diego sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft mit leckerem essen gefüllt. Es ist eine ruhige Lage und schöne Gegend. Die Nachbarin war auch gleich zuvorkommend als sie merkte wir sind Gäste. Unser Hund hat auch den eingezäunten Garten genossen und dadurch war es für uns entspannt. Alles in einem ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub mit traumhafter Aussicht. Vielen Dank euch zwei auch für euer Entgegenkommen.

This place is a little piece of heaven on earth! From the moment we showed up the host was kind, gracious, and incredibly helpful. The welcome wine was a sweet little touch and the hotub in the morning looking out over the vineyard was truly a fairytale. Appartement climatisé en rez-de-chaussée, bien équipé, avec place de parking et petit extérieur pour manger et sécher le linge. Appartement très bien situé : A 15/20min des premières plages. À 20min des premières grottes et 35min des autres grottes. A 1h de la capitale et de la Croatie. A recommandee. juste le chien du voisin à museler !!!

Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out war alles wunderbar. Wir wurden persönlich von Mateja und Kevin in der Unterkunft begrüßt und verabschiedet. Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Dieses Appartement ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!

The house is very stylish and it has a lovely garden with cherry trees. The host is super kind and responsive and personally checked us in. It is a great base to explore the beautiful region! We would recommend this place for sure. The only thing to be aware of is the fact that the last bit of the road to the house is pretty narrow. We had no trouble navigating it, but if you are a bit of an anxious driver, this is good to know!

Smarje is a lively, well equipped village with a great local food store with delicious baked croissants, bread, meats, veg & fruit. It is a few min walk to the store & bus stop. People are every friendly & helpful & it is easy to catch the bus to Koper Izola & Piran. Jani provided a list of recommendations for transport, restaurants & parking spaces in these towns, which was very helpful. Jani's place is super clean, with good parking and he is only to happy to help with any questions/ concerns. Highly recommend Jani"s place to stay in.
