Quiet cozy cottage set in small town close enough to the city. Panama City Beach is 45 min to an hour away. Dothan Al is only 45 mins to an hour away. We are centrally located to several different outdoor activities. Ponce De Leon Springs is 30 mins away. Vortex Springs is less than an hour away. The Caverns are in Marianna less than hour away. There are several hiking and biking trails minutes away and numerous other activities. Close to grocery stores laundry mat and gas stations.

Everything you need in a quaint, modern space located on 7 secluded acres with a privacy gate only minutes from the Ross Clark Circle and downtown, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with YouTube TV subscription included (over 70 channels), brand new fridge, spacious rooms. Washer and dryer available. We allow pets on a case by case basis and charge a one time $10 fee per pet upon guests arrival. We also offer EV level 2 charging (40 amp) for a flat $10 fee.

Fishing available from shore and the property includes a small boat launch, fire pit, porch swing, rocking chairs, grill, and picnic tables. Our cottage is centrally located in downtown Marianna. You will be walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The cottage is uniquely decorated and has all of the amenities you need. There is a large front porch and also a back yard area for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon sunset. Smart TV's are in the living room and both bedrooms. The bedroom both have queen beds.

Relax with the whole family! Our home is next to Dogwood Lakes Golf Course, a no fuss golf course with club house, casual restaurant, and cart rentals. There is a fishing lake and boat ramp (no motors) in the neighborhood and access to a playground and creek for swimming is a couple minutes down the road.

Hartford Art Studio and Loft

This treasure is a stand alone art studio with a loft surrounded by beautiful lawn and gardens. The Studio is 45 feet (read close) to the house. There are agricultural fields on three sides. The artist, Beverly Mayfield, is now deceased, but has filled the studio with masterful paintings.
