Come relax in the heart of Greenwood in this cozy one bedroom one bath home. Wash off the day in the spacious rain shower. The fully stocked kitchen includes an oven with an air fryer setting. Warm up by the fireplace or just relax by the ambient light. When you finally turn in, cuddle up under the covers of the queen bed and pull the black out curtain closed. The couch pulls out for an additional sleep space. In the morning, enjoy the coffee bar with a Kuerig, Cold brew, or drip coffee.

Enjoy a family getaway or a a peaceful stay with your significant other at this cabin, inside you will find a king bed and a sleeper sofa downstairs and 3 twin beds upstairs, a kitchen with cookwares and dining ware, a full size stove and oven, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a washer & dryer. NO WIFI, satellite or local TV. Outside there is a back deck with a 5 seat hot tub, a front deck with a table and 2 chairs. About 20 feet from the back deck there is a fire pit.

A-frame of mind for fun! A tri-story A-frame offers plenty of unique spaces for togetherness. A short walk to a private lake allows for fun on the lake or quiet reflection. Wonderful venue for rehearsal dinners or group gatherings. 10 min from Ft. Smith and 12 min from a popular wedding venue. The hosts offer catered meals & yummy home-baked treats from their commercial kitchen/catering menu. Sleeps 8 w/ 1 king and 3 queen beds (+ sleeper sofa & futon in loft if needed). Come relax!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage in the woods, in the middle of Greenwood, AR. The Thicket House is right around the corner from Bell Park which features hiking trails, playgrounds, BBQ and picnic tables, a disc golf course, and 4 pickle ball courts. The new, highly anticipated splash pad too, is around the same corner! Antiquing, coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants are just minutes away in the heart of down town.

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.
