Serdecznie polecam pobyt w tym miejscu, Selene była bardzo miła, pomocna, błyskawicznie odpisywała na wiadomości, dała wiele lokalnych poleceń i miło nas przywitała! :) z noclegu wszędzie było blisko, do plaży i do centrum miasta! :) autobus z lotniska zatrzymuje się zaraz przy noclegu :) byłam w Pescarze na weekend i ten nocleg sprawdził się idealnie! ☺️☺️

Ottimo appartamento situato vicino al lungomare di Pescara. L'alloggio è pulito e la comunicazione con Giordano è stata eccellente. Consigliato

What a great place to stay, Zita and Hugh where wonderful hosts. We were met and shown the place along with some history. We've been to this area about 9 time since 2011 and travelled to Capestrano many times but this was the first time we stayed in Capestrano. We use to only go to one restaurant in the town but now staying here we ended up going to four, all good. The location is really good for day trips to Sulmona, Popoli, Navelli, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio and if you get the chance Campo Imperatore for arrosticini. We were 2 couples and we loved the place, the amenities made the place feel like home, the kitchen fully equipped, the washing machine and large common area for eating and relaxing. We had other friends in the area who came over for a drink and they all loved it as well. Thanks Zita and Hugh for providing a wonderful place.

Tutto molto bene!!! L’appartamento era delizioso, intimo e accogliente. Organizzato bene e molto pulito. Zona tranquilla. Ho dormito bene. Marco è stato gentilissimo. Subito dopo la prenotazione guardando più attentamente ho notato che le finestre della camera da letto non aveva gli scuri e questo sarebbe stato un problema per me. Quando l’ho segnalato a Marco lui mi ha detto che avevano già in ordine il lavoro e che sarei arrivata con gli scuri montati e così è stato. Davvero gentile e attento ai bisogni del cliente. Tornerò senz’altro!!!!

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento di Novella e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente! La mansarda è accogliente, pulita e curata. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. La posizione è eccellente: il paesino è incantevole, immerso nella bellezza naturale della Marsica. Novella è un host eccezionale e disponibile, sempre gentilissima. Si percepisce quanto tenga ai suoi ospiti :) Spero davvero di tornare il prima possibile! Siamo stati davvero bene!

Appartamento sito al centro storico di Scanno (piena zona pedonale), molto pulito, silenzioso, ben distribuito (zona giorno al piano superiore) e fornito di tutto ed oltre il necessario per poter trascorrere un ottimo soggiorno. Filomena è molto gentile, puntuale e reattiva oltre che simpatica e affabile. Grazie ancora di tutto!

Es ist wie ein Besuch zu Hause bei der Oma. Alles ist gut gepflegt und hat den Charme einer gemütlichen, kleinen Wohnung aus den 1960er Jahren mit entsprechender Ausstattung. Alessio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat mich trotz erheblicher Verspätung meines Zuges vom Bahnhof abgeholt und mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Weil ich erst so spät ankam, konnte ich fürs Frühstück nicht mehr einkaufen gehen. Das war aber kein Problem, denn im Kühlschrank gab es Säfte und Joghurt. Außerdem auch Milch, kleine Kuchen und Kaffee und auf dem Tisch stand ein frischer Strauß Blumen. So fühlt man sich wirklich willkommen und die Wohnung ist kein steriles Hotelzimmer, sondern ein echtes Zuhause mit Seele. Gerne wieder!

Soggiorno piacevolissimo! Ci siamo fermati 4 giorni a Fossacesia con i nostri bimbi di 1 e 4 anni, e a casa di Simona ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è un fornita di ogni cosa e Simona è stata davvero gentilissima a fornirci su richiesta il seggiolone e un apprezzatissimo benvenuto con cestino per la colazione. La posizione di fronte al mare è davvero impagabile, sia per la possibilità di utilizzare il terrazzino per i pasti che per la comodità di attraversare la strada e trovarsi in spiaggia. Molto comoda anche la presenza del box con ingresso diretto al condominio.

We loved Patrizia's place. It's in a beautiful location in a nature reserve, with a lovely terrace with a beautiful view looking out towards the sea - and a short walk from the beach. It's comfortable, spacious, airy, and well equipped. We were sorry not to have the opportunity in the end to use the bikes she offered us to explore the area. We were able to park in the private drive just next to the apartment, which we appreciated. Patrizia and her husband were delightful hosts, who gave us a warm welcome and shared local information with us.

Great location in a beautiful resort area. Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment for a couple. We really liked that pets are allowed. There is a terrace with a view of the sea, which is always nice for spending evenings and watching the sun set. It is valuable that the apartment has air conditioning. The beach is within walking distance, and there are at least 3 shopping centers just a few minutes away from the apartment. If you want a clean, cozy apartment with comfortable beds, I highly recommend it. I would gladly visit again myself.

Appartamento splendidamente preparato, Marco ci ha aspettato fino a tarda notte a causa del volo in ritardo, con una bottiglia di vino :) Tutto era conforme alla descrizione, e noi con la famiglia sicuramente torneremo. Grazie ancora, Marco, per una vacanza così riuscita! Wonderfully prepared apartment, Marco waited for us until late at night due to our delayed flight, with a bottle of wine :) Everything was exactly as described, and my family and I will definitely come back. Great apartment, very easy to find and is not as small as it looks in the pictures. Daniel also a great host.

We had a medical issue with one of the guests and Alessandro offered all type of help to get the guest to the floor where the apartment was . Alessandro was very companionate with us and offered to be flexible with the check out time. We loved the different stunning views of the mountains and the land escape from different balconies the apartment offered If you need tranquility do not miss on renting this gem of a place The only issue we had was at the time we were there the connectivity of the WiFi was very slow Alessandro worked on it dealing with internet provider to fix it right away Other than this we really lucked out in this apartment. Thank you and may be next time we can stay longer.

Casa ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene con il proprietario dell’alloggio, molto disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente se si vuole vivere un’esperienza rilassante e tranquilla immersa nel verde e ottima collocazione in quanto a pochi minuti dagli impianti sciistici.

Die Wohnung ist wenige Meter entfernt vom Strand und ist gut ausgestattet! Die Terrasse ist privat und sehr groß. Während unseren Aufenthalt hat der Whirlpool leider nicht funktioniert was wir sehr schade fanden, vielleicht haben wir das nächste Mal mehr Glück. Danke Lorenza für den schönen Aufenthalt!

bellissima struttura, tutto fedelmente corrispondente alle foto e descrizione dell'annuncio. É una piccola ma bellissima oasi rigenerante di tranquillità e bellezza , ottima per lasciarsi dietro le spalle ritmi frenetici e stress. Amelia e il compagno sono degli ottimi padroni di casa, sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza e mai invadenti. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!

Piccolo angolo di relax. Locali puliti ed in ordine, con tutto il necessario. I dettagli fanno la differenza. come i led, Netflix, la vasca, il muschio sulle pareti ecc... consigliatissimo.

L'appartamento super carino e pulito, panorama fantastico, appena entrati ci siamo sentiti a casa. Marco e Paola sono stati super disponibili, gentili e precisi. Speriamo di avere un'altra occasione per tornare e stare un po' di più.

Im La Chiocciola Resort durften wir eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit verbringen. Die Zimmer waren nicht nur gemütlich, sondern auch stets sauber, was unseren Aufenthalt rundum angenehm machte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter, die sich auf wundervolle Weise um das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmern. Die Ausstattung der Wohnräume, insbesondere die Küche, war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir konnten köstliche Mahlzeiten zubereiten und die gemeinsame Zeit genossen. Ein weiteres Highlight war die weitläufige und gepflegte Gartenanlage, die zum Verweilen einlud. Es war der perfekte Ort, um sich zurückzulehnen und die Natur zu genießen. Ein besonderes Erlebnis für uns war der Whirlpool, der nach einem langen Tag voller Erkundungen eine willkommene Entspannung bot. Wir blicken mit Freude und besten Erinnerungen auf unseren Aufenthalt zurück und können das La Chiocciola Resort uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!!
