Its panoramic rooftop boasts an incredibly breathtaking view all over the town.

The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.
