The apartment is in the center, the seafront on the waterfront. It has two floors, terrace with a beautiful view, living area with kitchen, bathroom and a room with a low ceiling in the gallery. In living room there are 2 sofas and in the sleeping part of the gallery there are 2 beds . Fully equipped and very modern. Outside the door you step on a beautiful promenade which extends over 1 km to the beach Zlatni rat. The sea is in front of the house and the nearest beach is 50 m distance.

A private balcony area features two stylish chairs and a small table, complemented by a bottle of wine and glasses. The stunning view includes the sea and coastal rooftops, with distant hills visible on the horizon.

Stylish Penthouse apartment on the second floor of ‘Bol summer residence’ - house with amazing sea views and new pool. Located in a quiet area right in the very centre of Bol. The apartment is spacious and has two double rooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, satellite television and smart TV and free WIFI. Large sofa in the living room. Great balcony with pool and seaviews. Free shaded parking in front of the house.

Welcome to our recently renovated apartment ,located in the centre of Bol, with beautiful sea views,50m from the port. It is close to all tourist attractions (supermarket,restorants,coffie shops,taxi,boats... The closest beach is only 3 minutes walking and 20 min walk from the apartment to the famous beach" Zlatni rat". If you decide to book our place you will have everything necessary on the walking distance. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers and travelers.
