Apartment Obala - Apartment 3

This is one of four apartments in my house. The house is situated in the center of little town Bol. It is 5 minutes away from the sea and ten minutes away from the first beach. Our house is typical old autohtonous dalmatian house. It is made of stones and has been completely renovated inside five years ago. It is on the second floor, but you still can use a terrace in front of the house. It has one bedroom ,a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It can take from 1 to 4 people. It is completely equipped, it has a sat TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, all cooking utensils, linen and towels. There is also an outdoor grill which you can use and a parking place if you arrive by car. By staying in our apartments you can really feel the atmosphere of an old dalmatian house. You can even taste original dalmatian homemade beverages. The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but very near the center. In Bol, there are lots of beaches, but the most famous is beach Zlatni rat. It is situated outside the village. It is 20 minutes away on foot from my house, but you can go there by car, by taxi-boat or by little tourist train that goes every half an hour. There are also lots of other sights to see, like Branislav Dešković gallery, an old Dominican Monastery, Dragon's cave, desert Blaca and Vidova gora, the highest peek of all dalmatian islands from which you can sometimes see Italy.

The Villa offers great sea views. Newly built in a traditional Dalmatian style, the modern interior is equipped with all appliances and comforts for a perfect stay. Zlatni rat, the most popular beach in Croatia, is only 1500m away.

A bright living area features a light-colored sofa positioned against a wall, complemented by a small coffee table. Natural light is allowed in through large windows, revealing a view of the outdoors. A plant adds a touch of greenery to the space.

An additional green bed can be extended except for one and for two persons in 1mi 40 cm. The apartment also has a dishwasher. -so it has a 25m2 terrace overlooking the sea and the quiet south side. -all facilities are available by walking from 5 to 20 minutes. mandatory disinfection I live in the house so just ring the bell and tell when it is convenient for you to come to leave the bar suitcases

Great view from Radoš apartmants!!!

Nice place near center of Bol, great view and quiet location. One bedroom with kitchen and balcony. Pets are welcome, free wi-fi! Also, you can use washing machine and dryer in small storage house next to the house. If you have any questions or requests, please let me know, I’m always available!

Hrvoje’s place was amazing! Absolutely beautiful location-we loved the terrace and all of his little considerations (bug repellant, canopy awning, extra towels/blankets, etc! We so appreciated the kind gestures as well (olive oil, homemade wine, snacks, fruit, etc)! He was so friendly, responsive and sweet! We would definitely stay at Hrvoje’s home again!! Highly recommended-super clean, flexible check-in and one of the most gracious hosts we ever had the pleasure of meeting! Thank you for making our anniversary so special!!

She House - villa with heated pool and sauna

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

The apartment was immaculate. Zoran was very helpful and picked us up from the ferry port and dropped us off. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and listed some of the services and local amenities in the area. The views from the apartment were stunning. Overall would definitely recommend staying here!

Accommodation with a great location, complete house, great communication. Only the shower was a problem, only 1 shower in the apartment and it uses the boiler system, the hot water runs out very quickly and it is impossible for everyone in the house to bathe with the same hot water, it is necessary to wait for it to heat up again, wasting a lot of time.

The bedroom features a spacious bed adorned with a textured blanket and decorative pillows. Two mirrors are positioned on either side, with stylish pendant lights hanging above. Framed wall art adds character to the area, while white towels are neatly arranged on the bed.
