The Nut Hut is situated on Mirror Lake. Completed in 2004. The Hut is Rustic with a twist of Southern charm and eclectic decor. The Hut has two bedrooms one with a Queen bed which is a platform bed with a soft mattress,that does sit low. and the other with a Twin bed which is normal height. Has a functional kitchen along with basic kitchen amenities. The hut is located on our property but does have its own privacy. The hut is located in Boling Srings Lakes, only a 10 minute drive to Southport

We hope you will enjoy my 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home located in Boiling Spring Lakes. It is conveniently located 7 miles from Oak Island and Southport and less than 30 miles from Wilmington. Close enough to enjoy but far enough away to be quiet and comfortable. You will find games for family fun and high speed broadband wireless along with streaming. Privacy fence is on 3 sides. a large fenced in dog lot. A fire pit perfect for family fun roasting hot dogs and marshmellows.

The ground floor suite is adjacent to my condo. We call it a "lockout" because you have complete privacy and freedom to enter anytime. The space is like a hotel room with one queen bed and sleeper sofa with queen mattress. The washer and dryer are available on request; they are in the main condo at this address. The kitchen has a MW and small refrigerator. Our condo association pool is open May -September just a short walk away.

Located just outside of Southport, NC. We are minutes from the beaches and waterfront. Just a short drive to many local attractions, including Myrtle Beach, SC and Wilmington, NC. Our Guest Suite is completely private from the rest of the house. The home is also on a public golf course. Beautiful views anytime of day of the 7th fairway. The suite has a loft that can sleep 2 adults. New this season, a private bedroom with a queen bed.

This was our second stay at this house. I highly recommend staying here due to the very responsive and friendly host Lindsay as well as the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the home. The amenities including higher end kitchen appliances, outdoor shower and screened in deck make this Lake house a perfect vacation home. This house is also very convenient due to its location. It’s about 20 minutes from both Oak Island and Southport and about 10 minutes from Lowe’s Foods, Starbucks, and multiple shops and restaurants.

My car messed up and I definitely was upset but Helen being the angel she was took the time to talk to me and I even allowed the lock smith to use her car to jump me off. The Andersons were very friendly and very flexible! We were traveling with our 11 month old, and they provided a pack n play, high chair, baby gate, and all outlets had covers on them. They were very responsive. Only downside was the upstairs felt very humid compared to the lower floor, and it felt slightly uncomfortable. My husband didn’t mind, but I hate humidity so could be me being picky! This place had snacks, clear instructions, plenty of towels, and a comfortable bed. If the weather wasn’t so hot, we would have taken advantage of the cute outdoor seating!
