Very cozy and quiet cottage in an idyllic area. Super friendly host and had plenty of great recommendations for us. The sauna is also Finnish approved! 😉

What a lovely welcome as we arrived there was a welcome package with lovely fresh bread and local produce. The Annexe was light and airy and very clean. We used the helpful guide provided for walks and they were great as we had our dog with us. Creech wood was lovely early morning and only a 2minute walk away. The hot tub was lovely to sink into after a long day of walking around. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here and we would love to go back!

This was our second time staying and we loved it as much as the first time. The place is so peaceful and cosy. Jane was very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to booking another stay in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay such much so we didn't want to leave. Sitting & having a few drinks with the family in the beautiful garden after a day out was very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again & would highly recommend - could not fault our stay. Thank you Crystal x

Absolutely stunning place. Like a super luxurious safari lodge! Whole area is beautiful and everything in the lodge is state of the art. We stayed with our 3 kids who fought over who would get the canopy bed in the lounge. Loved the hot tub, had a fab bbq and slept like babies. Spent a day at west wittering beach which is close by and felt like we were abroad. Sarah’s lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. She even let us stay all Sunday as they had no-one arriving at no extra cost. Who does that? We’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely weekend for my Dad’s birthday - the cottage was far more spacious than it looked and was set in the most beautiful surroundings. Neil and Caroline were lovely and super helpful. Thanks for the best stay!

From start to finish, this place is an absolute dream. So peaceful and relaxing, it was the perfect little weekend getaway. The house and surroundings were absolutely spotless, the ducks were adorable, and the attention to detail with providing extras needed for comfort was superb. Clare was a fantastic host. Always responsive but never intrusive. If you're looking for somewhere to stay for a few days or more with your partner - or just on your own - where you can recharge your batteries, this is it.

We had a great time at John and Philippa’s house. The pictures were very accurate and both the house and the location were great. Everything was clean, the house was super well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and available for any doubts. We definitively recommend the island cottage and would love to go back someday.

Honeysuckle Cottage is on the main road through East Meon but once inside it is quiet. All the furnishing and equipment are good quality and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of storage and it has everyone needed for a relaxing weekend. As others have said the second bedroom is very small but our son and his girlfriend slept comfortably and had enough space for their clothes. The garden is secure, so perfect for our dog. It’s also a sun trap so we were able to enjoy relaxing outside even though it wasn’t particularly hot weather. There are many excellent walks on the doorstep with stunning views. We were able to eat at The George on a couple of evenings and didn’t use our cars all weekend, which was just perfect. We did not park our cars on the main road but there’re plenty of places to park in the village, including the car park.

We loved our stay here! One of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve visited. Anya was super helpful and included lots of tiny details that made the stay extra smooth, particularly as we were visiting with our 5 month old. Thanks for having us and we’d love to come stay again.

Loved this cottage. It had furnishings and decor entirely in keeping the age and character of the cottage. We were warned about low ceilings and the steep stairs. Kitchen is well equipped and opens on to the back garden with seating area. The separate dining area has a table cut from a slice of timber. There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom has both a roll top bath and a walk in shower. Washing machine very cleverly is tucked away next to the bathroom. Bosham is a quiet, pretty village with a frontage to the sea channel. There are 2 pubs ( both recommended),a couple of cafes and an arts and crafts centre. The Church is also worth a visit. Nearby are the seaside villages of East and West Wittering. Parking beside the West Wittering beach is expensive so plan to stay most of the day. Chichester is accessible by bus (no 56) from Bosham. All in all a great place for a few days stay.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay, all queries were delt with professionally and efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend the accommodation and we intend to return in the near future.

Nettle Fields exceeded our (already high) expectations. The barn design, is very cool. Windows and magnificent glass doors in every room allow the beauty of the outside to blend with the clean lines and calmness inside. It’s an incredible space which felt both tranquil and homely. The interior was immaculate, stylish, creative and high quality throughout. Our hosts, Michael and Toby were excellent and attentive. They were available promptly and were so kind and considerate. This is the best place we’ve stayed in and I cannot recommend it enough. I would give 6 stars if available.

Amazing place to stay, one of the best. It has everything you need and more. Lovely touch with a bottle of wine waiting for you. The location is perfect to explore Bosham, which is stunning.

The perfect house for a family gathering - 9 adults and 2 dogs. Spacious, clean, well-equipped house with lots of indoor and outdoor games, room for 9 of us to dine easily, well-equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable sitting rooms, separate annexe with lots of things to do and gym equipment. Beds all very comfortable. The highlight for us on a beautiful sunny weekend was the garden - large grassy area for games and play, mature flowerbeds, 2 large tables, shed full of garden toys. There was also a bbq area and children's outdoor equipment. Jo responded quickly to any messages, but her clear instructions and detailed information meant there were very few questions. She also gave many ideas for walks, restaurants etc.

Bar an issue that was resolved - the stay was lovely. A very nice cottage with all the things you would need to have a pleasant stay. We actually walked from Petersfield and managed without a car [so definitely doable]. Location was perfect for us - with lots of walks and the pubs weren't too far away. Elizabeth gave us a lovely welcome and it was obvious she really cares about her guests and their enjoyment. Would happily stay here again.

Aimee’s place was lovely, exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend with the girls. The house itself is really cosy with comfortable beds and a great living area. The surrounding area is brilliant for walking to pubs, a little supermarket, and we even strolled along the waterside to a gorgeous pub in Havant (1.5hrs but well worth it!). Thank you Aimee, we’d love to come back another time.

We stayed at The Stables for 5 nights. Marianne was an attentive and most helpful host. The accommodation was a lovely conversion with very tasteful décor and furnishings. All amenities were provided, as described in the AirBnB information. We loved the wood burner (only used once, as it was a warm week!) and the pretty garden setting for al fresco breakfasts. Local pubs to recommend are The Hampshire Bowman in the tiny village of Dundridge (we visited using the instructions on Walk 9) and The Brushmakers Arms in Upham (take the walk there, the views are amazing). Lots to see in the area, we travelled down to Portsmouth Dockyards, Beaulieu Motor Museum, Winchester and Gilbert White's house in Selbourne. A very relaxed and peaceful base for visiting this lovely part of the country. Highly recommend.

My partner and I had a lovely time staying here, there was a lot to do all within walking distance, and the accomodation itself was absolutely lovely. Will definitely be booking again!

Very clean and tidy house, well organised with lots of information and suggestions from the owner. Beautiful windows on every side of the house overlooking the garden and the nature around. We would definitely come back. P.S. Loved Lynda’s lemon cake! :)

First of all, what a super host Simon is! Quick responses, super friendly! He definitely went above and beyond with everything we needed & more! His home was perfect, very clean & tidy. Fab decor! I would defiantly be staying again in the future. I would highly recommend his place, I cannot fault it! Thank you ⭐️

We have just spent nine nights at Ruth's wonderful cottage. It was perfect for a longer stay, with a really useful large wardrobe to store all our clothes, a large bathroom with complementary toiletries and a wonderful deep bath, perfect after a day of walking, and a fantastic kitchen with all mod cons. It was so handy to have use of the washing machine too for our longer stay. We never had any trouble with parking - we often managed to get a space on the road or else the free car park was very convenient. Ruth was very responsive and we just had the most relaxing, perfect stay. We wouldn't hesitate to book again - it's fab!

Such a lovely place to stay and everything is very well kept in the home. My one and only comment would have to be that whilst trees are beautiful things its such a shame you can't see the views at this time of year very well. It's such a stunning home and location that the glorious views would be wonderful with a few less trees surrounding the building.
