Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.

Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Our house is located close to Kottlasjön ( a lake), Breviksbadet (swimmingpools), the sea, supermarket, two restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, runningtracks in the forest and it is ten minutes drive from Stockholm city. You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Our house suits couples and families with 1-3 kids. Baby bed is availabe.

Welcome to our peaceful summer cottage 300m to the jetty where you can swim and sunbathe, walking distance to beaches and only 30 minutes by train from Bro C to Stockholm C. Nearby, there is a golf course, castles, and a large shopping area only 4 minutes by car. The cottage has two bedrooms with 160-cm double beds, a dining room, a living room without TV, a toilet, a shower and a washing machine located in a separate cottage accessed by stairs.

After all sorts of adventures in the nature reserve, a paddle, fishing or skating trip on the lake, or a swing into the city, you can come home to this cozy little house and enjoy the lake view and tranquility.
