Please keep in mind that this apartment has this very beautiful view, as it is located on one of the highest points of the city :)This sometimes makes it very hot during the day. We do provide AC, + since it is restored it has high end windows but still if you are sensitive to heat please consider your choice again :)

It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis, 1 hour from Athens, 1 hour 30 minutes from Delphi and 1/2 of the island of Evia in the Gulf of Skroponeria. Located 50 m from the sea, possibility of paddleboarding and kayaking (and jet skiing for an additional fee). Come and fish for mussels and sea urchins in the gulf or with a bit of luck you can see seals and dolphins. The studio is attached to our house while keeping your independence. Possibility of 2 additional independent bedrooms.

It’s close to every public transport (buses, metro, train), easy access to the city’s main attractions.
