Cottage vacation rentals in Boeotia

Clean, spacious, easy parking (we left the vehicle just below) and with a huge balcony overlooking the sea from its right. We visited it in March so we couldn't enjoy the extra amenities offered during the warm months without removing anything from the experience. Its large living room over the supervision of Pythia is ideal for a large group and its rooms, large and bright, for quiet rest. The service was immediate in everything we needed and the welcome definition of hospitality. Thank you for everything, Mr. Panayiotis, and I will see you again.

We spent 12 days at Efi’s place and loved it ! The house is beautiful, comfy, super well equipped, clean and well located. The communication was easy and we had everything we needed. The only downside is the many bees and wasps around the pool because of the heat but we managed to cohabitate and no one got bitten as they are not agressive.

Very nice and cozy apartment from which we visited the spectacular sights in the area. Little things is a wonderful hostess, very helpful and always reachable. Looking forward to seeing you again! AAA***

We really enjoyed staying at. Xenia’s home. The porch on the sea side has such a beautiful view. We got lost since it was getting dark but she guided all the way to the home. She and her husband were very helpful, polite and patient. The home has everything you will need. There are beach’s and places to get food nearby. The highway is below the house but all the windows and doors have electric shades that cover and blocks any noise. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep both nights. Simply, we loved our stay at Xenia’s. There are several places to visit just a short drive away. We will be back!!

Very good stay experience. The house like the photos, the garden big and perfect for our dog. The area very close to Vytina and Levidi. Nice relaxing and quiet. Yannis was direct in communication and very helpful. Of course it is recommended.

Beautiful place, perfect for families, exactly like the photos! We really appreciated the yard, especially the children could play all day. The house is fully equipped and the location is great, very close to the beach and to the city centre. Maria Louiza is a great host, very friendly and responsive. Flexible check out was also a plus!

The accommodation was in a 2-story house, we were on the ground floor and were able to enjoy a very nice small garden where we ate our meals in the evening. Very close to Itea beach and not far from Delphi. Our host was very responsive and enjoyable.

It is an accommodation that is located in an excellent spot outside the village with absolute silence and a beautiful landscape to dress it from all sides. The place was super clean, tidy, and it's beauty is difficult to capture in photos. The yard is beautiful! We enjoyed having breakfast to the sounds of the river as well as our dog playing nonstop. Hosts are always available and communicative. A 10' for an experience that exceeded our expectations.

Many thanks to Aggeliki and Manoli! They were so friendly, very helpful, and staying in their Villa was like living in your own home. Everything was as described: a lovely and comfortable equipped Villa with lots of fancy things for leisure time: Pool, pingpong, soccer, basketball, playground, … . The property and the Villa offer so much space, nothing is missing. And with a car it‘s easily to reach and a good starting point for several excursions. If possible, we‘ll return!!! 5*****

This is a place with a beautiful beach and view to the Gulf, and a very nice setting, the beach is very peaceful, Frosso is very helpful, friendly and reactive. The coast is nice and it's quite accessible to sites very worthy of visit such as ancient Corinth and the spectacular Acrocorinth, or Mycenea or Epidaurus, or for a cruise starting from . The house is close to the road that can be a bit noisy in the evening so if you are very sensitive perhaps bring earplugs, but otherwise the place is very cool

A very nice cozy place with everything one needs for enjoying their stay at Aigina. Very clean with plenty of space and an amazing balcony that offers a view to the sea! Kyriaki is a very friendly host that took care of preparing the house for us and explained in detail how to arrive there. The house is very close to everything max. 10’ distance from the town of Aigina and the sea by car. A fully supplied mini market is 4’ walking distance to the house. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Aigina!

Our stay at this incredible house was simply perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The house is a dream-immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the heated substrates for extra warmth to the fully stocked kitchen with breakfast snacks. The cozy fireplace, breathtaking mountain views, and well-maintained courtyard made it the ultimate retreat. We stayed as two families, and the kids absolutely loved the spacious yard, which gave them plenty of space to play and explore. Chryssana was an exceptional host. From the moment we booked, she was incredibly responsive, helpful, and provided clear instructions. She also gave us fantastic recommendations for exploring the region. The location is ideal. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a magical escape in the mountains!

GIannis's villa does indeed have a beautiful view, and it's great just to soak up the peace and quiet and enjoy the pool. But it's also quite near ancient Corinth and only an hour away from Mycenae, which are both stunning locations. The pebble beaches nearby (about a 10 minute drive) are clean, pleasant and not too crowded and there are also restaurants to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We spent 12 days at Little Heaven and had the most wonderful time. The property is exactly as the pictures- the garden and pool are well maintained and so beautiful. Such a peaceful location for a truly relaxing holiday. The kids loved being able to use the pool whenever they wanted and made the most of the inflatables, basketball net and football goal. The view from poolside and from the terrace is amazing. Dimos and Dia are so hospitable and welcoming, we felt so well cared for and spoilt. We would all gladly return to Little Heaven. We felt comfortable from the first moment in Anda's beautiful house. It is very lovingly and individually decorated. Anda baked us a delicious quiche to welcome us and brought us eggs from her chickens. She was always quick to reach when we had a question and took great care of us. We had some cool weather at first, but in the house it was so cozy that we liked to spend the cool days inside. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea - really magnificent! And in the evening we enjoyed the starry sky. You definitely need a car to go shopping and dining (taverns in Oreoi at the harbor) or for the beach. There is a nice little pebble beach at the Taverna Agrogiali - Kouvelis Constantine (good food) behind Kastri (approx. 35 min.) and a beautiful sandy beach behind Loutra Gialtron (also with good taverns), in front of Club Med (about 1 hour). Dear Anda, thanks for everything!

Everything wad absolutely great. The house was exactly as described,well maintained, fresh painted and all about someone will need from furnitures and kitchen's cutlery.Fully recommend. I'm going back for sure,next time I'll visit this beautiful area.Thank you so much Mr Nikos for everything.
