Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Boadilla del Monte

Pablo is a warm and kind host. We like this little apartment a lot. A small playground right outside the door. A few restaurants within walking distance, some closed on weekends though. The bedroom is a little dark but not a bad thing for summer. It’s super cool. You don’t even need AC when it’s 33c outside.

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

He made numerous helpful recommendations, and really made our time in Madrid enjoyable. His place is pristine and beautiful, & we will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town! We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

We had a great week at Irene's place. The outside is very private, not overlooked, and the pool as well as the view is amazing. The inside of the house is beautiful. Quiet, 30 minutes from Madrid. We would recommend Irene's house without hesitation.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was lovely—quiet and peaceful, perfectly located just far enough from central Madrid to feel relaxed, but still close enough to get into the city quickly by cab, metro or a walk if you’re up for it. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and proactive. The real highlight was the pool and garden—an absolute dream to come back to after a day exploring in the Spanish heat. Highly recommended!

Amazing apartment managed by a lovely family. We highly recommend it. Very comfortable beds, high ceilings, very well decorated, shampoo and bath foam provided… everything was just PERFECT.

Very nice apartment and perfectly as described and very clean. The neighborhood is residential and quiet with the necessary local shops. Easy free parking on the surrounding streets. You just have to be aware that the apartment is 30 minutes from the center of Madrid either by car or by public transport (station nearby). I recommend it for a family who needs to be a little quiet and who accepts the distance from the city center. Dogs allowed.

This house is a renovated old house, as bright, spacious and comfortable as the photos, it is really not easy to have such a large location in the city center.But it's still a bit far from the subway station, and you may still need to cross some alleys at night.The Latin Quarter is still very relaxing in the morning.Overall, it's exactly the same as the photos!

Beautiful apartment, clean, everything was perfect. Very close to downtown Madrid, 15 minutes by car. The owners are charming, very friendly and helpful, even though we told them we were arriving almost immediately after notifying them! I would definitely repeat

We spent 4 nights in this apartment, nothing to say but the opposite. Ana was a great host and very kind. She let us leave the premises at 1:30 p.m. instead of 11:00 a.m. We thank her for that. everything was impeccable, small gesture on our arrival with cookies we recommend this listing see you soon

This was an excellent place to stay, and very close to the Monastery and Library, which is what we were looking for. I'll definitely re-book with Francisco if I come to El Escorial again.

Very helpful and friendly! It's in an incredible area near the subway that took us everywhere we wanted! The place is exactly as described and we were still very well received with snacks and food, to have a perfect stay! We couldn't recommend more!

We really enjoyed staying here. Communication with the owner was quick, smooth, and a very warm and attentive person. The house is very well connected to the center of Madrid and with a €10 RENFE voucher, we have been able to and will be able to travel unlimitedly by train for a few months, which being on the outskirts did not mean so much expense in transportation. Everything is very clean and pleasant, equipped with everything you need, and in a quiet place. (as some commented, in one of the rooms there is no window, only in the other, but this was not a problem for us.) We would definitely repeat.

An apartment with an unbeatable location in a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, quiet and has a very friendly doorman available to answer any questions. It is an interior apartment, which gives it a great tranquility and is very well lit, so you do not miss an outdoor view at all. I have to mention that the shower has perfect pressure, something that is not usually common in apartments and that is greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. I was very grateful that they allowed me to leave my things several hours before check-in time without any problems. I loved everything and would love to go back. I have no complaints, quite the opposite!

Good apartment with everything you need. Very comfortable sofa bed. It even has private parking, although we traveled by train. Everything was good.

What can I say, everything was fantastic...it felt like home! Eva is very helpful, she fulfilled all my requests. When she came to check in, she brought candy for our three children. Whenever I wrote to her on WhatsApp, I was answered immediately. If I return to Madrid, Eva's house will be my point of reference... also because the subway under the house is priceless! I highly recommend this place!
