Upstairs, a wooden attic room with a double bed and access to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have an aperitif. The apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always here for whatever you may need. Space for bikes at the entrance, little difficulty parking on the street.

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

Sending of identity card photography is required by the RB&B app. The Suite has a separate entrance. 1 bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds (one above the other) 1 Full bathroom The porch of the casita is for private use by guests. The swimming pool is for community use. There are minors in the house. Nudity and thongs are not allowed in the garden. Well connected to the city center. Enjoy the fresh air, the sounds of nature, and many possibilities right nearby for walking, cycling, or birdwatching in a wonderful environment. It has a terrace, an 800 m2 garden, outdoor tables and chairs, and a 30m zip line. If the weather is good, there is a pool from June to October. Enjoy!

Temporary loft, next to Sierra del Guadarrama National Park, in a natural setting. On the ground floor of our home, independent, with full kitchen, wifi, fiber 600 MB, Smart TV, living room and bedroom, fireplace, garden and barbecue. Pool shared with the owners and another place for two people. 45 km from Madrid capital, very good communication by car and bus. Close to supermarkets, hospital, schools, bus stop and all kinds of services.

Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshment baths.
