This was the nicest and cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Jeff and Bunny checked in on us and were very responsive. It took our breath away from the moment we turned into the driveway. Very close to Boone and West Jefferson which was great. We were also able to bring our pups which was a huge bonus! We were not ready to leave. We will be going back soon!!

Beautiful views and surroundings. Great back deck to enjoy the area. House was well set up and kitchen had everything we needed, and appreciated the coffee! Rebecca was super helpful and responsive….we had a great getaway!

The Hammock House is an Amazing place. Modern amenities with impeccable taste. The hammocks were awesome.

This is a delightful home with a complete theme of Harry Potter. Everywhere you look you are surprised with a wonderful touch of Potter whimsy. Since we only stayed one night I suspect we only touched the surface of all the items. Home was well equipped, clean, and the host was wonderful. Definitely a must stay.

Joan's place had everything! I've stayed at over 65 Airbnbs and this was definitely in the top 3. if you have the luck of finding it's available, just book it!

Airbnb is great and so is Bradley and Lynette for responding quick. We enjoy every view we had from this place.

Beautiful private home. The pictures do not do it justice of how gorgeous this home is. Enjoyed walking in the creek, and relaxing in the living room. I would definitely recommend for a peaceful vacation home. Lita was a fantastic host!

Absolutely beautiful location with a serene atmosphere. Was looking for a place that was very private and comfortable…and got exactly what I wanted. The property is stunning with rolling streams and a quiet pond. Wether it was sitting on the front porch listening to the water rushing over the rocks, relaxing a tired body in the conveniently located hot tub or laying in the bed with the windows open and a cool breeze flowing through, it was all breathtaking. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful and quiet suite. I appreciate your quick response with every question and your flexibility with our late arrival. Hope to unwind again in the near future.

This is my second stay here, which I rebooked on the spot during my 1-night stay last year. I stayed 5 nights this time to attend a dance weekend at nearby Warren Wilson College, a mere 7-minute drive. The space was very clean and well equipped abd felt very private, despite actually being attached to the main house. The hosts were attentive and responsive to my needs and were friendly, helpful, abd informative when we happened to run into each other outside. Wildlife was abundant, and I really enjoyed watching whatever might happen along from my own front porch. Fireflies at night, birds galore, roosters crowing nearby, chipmunks, butterflies, and yes! I actually saw 2 bears one day, each at a separate time, wandering on different sides of the yard. One of hosts alerted me the day before that there were 2 in the yard, but I missed seeing that (he did send me photos), and the day I saw the bears, I sent him video and he sent me a photo of a coyote that had been out there earlier.

Susan’s place was quiet, clean, and spacious! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our dog crates inside as well as a backyard and neighborhood for us to walk with our puppies! The sectional was great for movie watching at the end of a day exploring!

Great location - lots of restaurants and activities to do.

The place was honestly a bit smaller than I had expected, but it was my first time ever renting Airbnb so I didn’t even read descriptions before renting, so that’s on me. Everything felt pretty comfy and my favorite part was definitely the sound of the river at night, gives an extremely peaceful vibe to the stay. It’s also a great location to find waterfalls for those wanting to hike. Excellent location, would definitely rent again.

Had a great stay in Davidson, while visiting family and this was a perfect spot to land! Heard some live music by Rusty Knox, Davidson’s mayor & enjoyed a great crab cake sandwich! Mike’s place was quiet, clean and a good place to do some remote work. Would come back again!

I booked Lisa’s place for an overnight stay. Her place is conveniently located to downtown Franklin (about a 10 minute drive). The property was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the mountains from the patio. The studio was even nicer in person. It’s warm and inviting with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The frequent visits from Ricky and Jade (her lovely cats) made our trip extra special. Lisa is a lovely host who is very responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I spent an extended weekend in Waxhaw for a family event. This rental was absolutely perfect in every way! We were less than a mile from our family, the location was private, secluded and beautiful. The rental was just stunning, from the building itself down to every little decor detail inside. The space was clean and inviting. After long activity filled days, this was the perfect quiet retreat. Nestled in the woods with cozy outdoor seating, it was the perfect way to end a day. The inside was immaculate. The linens were fresh and there were plenty of towels available. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the mini split kept the place comfortable no matter how hot or humid the outside was. We are already looking forward to booking again on our next trip down! As a bonus, we found Cane Creek Park just minutes away and spent two days there fishing! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

Simon and Julia are super helpful and kind. The place was just as expected, kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean - and beautiful views. You can hear the neighbors pretty clear upstairs - but you can’t do much about that - plus it was disclosed in the listing. So overall I give 5 stars to Julia and Simon because THEY were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - super responsive, I will definitely be returning ❤️ p.s. my bro forgot his wallet in the bnb after we checked out and there was absolutely no issue going back to find it - they are a delightful couple.

I had a wonderful stay and a wait to come back ! The place was very cute and quaint, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking — the views alone made it worth the trip. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore. Being able to soak in the hot tub and use the sauna after all day hiking was fabulous. My host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

In love with this Airbnb! It was our little quiet space outside of the Gatlinburg chaos. We were so comfortable and relaxed and loved seeing the wildlife in the property (we saw four bears!!). Can’t recommend this enough.

I can not say enough about this beautiful little gem in the woods! It was so well decorated and all the little thoughtful additions, like a bag of local coffee and heated bed covers were just perfect and exactly what I needed for this get away to reconnect with myself and nature. I barely left the condo, because the view was so spectacular and how cozy the home felt! I was visited by a bunch of different birds on the cute patio where I painted a few of them as I sipped coffee and just listened to the breeze ruffle the leaves or rain shower that softly fell! Definitely hope to return very soon!

Absolutely loved the building. We needed a place that allowed our dog and us to have a place to eat and cook during our downtime. The back yard is HUGE which allowed the dog to run and play while we had our campfire. The fireplace inside made me feel right at home. The kitchen was stocked and the dish washer saved me a lot of time. The view alone should make you want to stay here! Sunsets were beautiful. Parking was limited… I found it difficult to park my truck.

This is my third stay at Hunter’s Airbnb and I’ve really enjoyed each trip! The condo is spotlessly clean and very airy, and has a stunning view out the large front windows. It’s well set up, with a surprising amount of room for stashing your stuff. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and I loved taking walks there. There are also lots of hiking trails very close by, although a few are currently still closed due to damage from Helene. The internet is very fast and dependable, which is not always the case at Beech Mountain. I’ve used my stays as a writing retreat and always get a shocking amount done, while soaking in the lovely atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

Chad and Allison were fantastic hosts. The place is absolutely beautiful and lots of things for kids to do. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with lots of things to do, this is your spot. Will definitely book again.
