We've spared no detail on this gorgeous beach home in Blue Mountain! 6 seat golf cart, robes, bikes, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, games, and a stocked kitchen. Every COMFY-bedroom has a smart tv. Steps to the community heated pool and hot tub. But still far enough away for privacy. This home has three total porches, and the one off the master includes panoramic views of protected forest land. Starfish Cottage 30A is the perfect home for a family and friends get-away. We are 5-6 minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The neighborhood pool is 1-2 minutes walk from the house. The home features two master suites(one up and one down) with room for up to 10 people. Bikes and gas grill included with rental. We do not guarantee the condition of bikes or grill but do our best to make sure they are clean & maintained. Both are included as a courtesy.

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.
