Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well equipped (better than described), the magnificent view, and the sauna and jakuzi great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Dear Michael: We would like to express our thanks to you for the three nights and days of a delightful stay in your villa. When we arrived we were immediately struck by the beautiful surroundings of a typical Swiss countryside scene. We appreciated the rule that shoes were not permitted in the house. May we say that that also is a very highly regarded traditional Asian rule. Your house sets a very welcoming tone the moment we went upstairs to the kitchen. Everything was clean and ready to be used and whatever we have in our own kitchens we found them in yours and more. And yes, you and your team thought of everything for the bedrooms too. The generosity of supplies were very much noticed and appreciated . For the eight of us in our seventies and eighties we can only tell you that you made it easy for us to settle in straightaway as if we had a home away from home in this idyllic part of the world. It’s amazing place to stay.

We had a great time staying with Isabelle and her husband. In particular, she offers local meals for the evening at very reasonable rates and it was delicious! The place is quiet, the bedding is very comfortable. The accommodation contains everything you need to arrive with suitcases and rest directly. Really great! Recommended +++!

We were there with the family and the grandmother. The house offers enough space for everyone :) The location is awesome; in 2 minutes at the lake (via the meadow). Large terrace with morning sun! We made the trip by public transport. That's possible, the bus runs hourly in both directions. Without luggage, the station can be reached in 20 minutes, with luggage rather 30 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay as Gasard’s place. It was spacious, decor was on point, 2 bath rooms meant our family of 5 didn’t have to wait for one another.

Lovely little flat in beautiful surroundings, very close to the ski lifts and close to some lovely hiking trails. Would recommend.

Stunning AirBnB and wonderful hosts. The accommodation is very high standard, from the furniture to the comfy beds, great showers, and the stunning outside space - pool and decking was a brilliant place to relax in the evening. The hosts, Eric and Stephanie are truly lovely people, very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Very kind with our dog aswell. Such a treat to come to somewhere like this and be able to bring our dog. The area is a small village between the mountains and lake. You need a car, but nothing is too far. Would recommend the restaurant in the village and the grocery store, bakery and cheese shop in the next village. If near Annecy again, I would definitely book this accommodation. 5 stars!

Aimé’s house is beautiful. It has private parking as well. It was perfect for us. There is a supermarket and pharmacy a block away. It was a 10 min drive to the lake. We were attending the Annecy Animation Festival and my colleagues and I felt very comfortable sharing the space because it gave us great shared space with individual private rooms for all of us. Aimé was amazing, always very responsive and making sure we had all we need. She very kindly accommodated our late arrival and early departure.

Absolutely a gem in the Chamonix area, was able to walk everywhere we wanted and had lots of restaurants and groceries stores near by

We had a great long Pentecost weekend at Eric's place. We enjoyed the covered terrace and the children were able to have fun in the pool and garden despite the coolness. The region is very pretty and offers many walks and hikes for all levels. Thanks to Eric for hosting us!

We couldn't find the cutlery for the meal, but we probably searched incorrectly... Thank you and well done for this place that makes you want to come back!

Everything was great from booking to checkout. The hostess was helpful and responsive. The place is beautiful and quiet.

We really enjoyed staying at Clelia’s cottage. It was an easy 10 min walk to old town Vevey and the boardwalk which was really fun to visit. There’s a Tuesday market which was really fun as welll. Restaurants are pretty close. Keep in mind that groceries are closed on Sundays. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. The beds were not very comfortable but I’m a very light sleeper so others might be fine with that. Also be aware that it is on a Main Street and the cars can be a little loud at night. Clelia is a joy, so friendly and helpful.

Very nice place with a magnificent view from the terrace, great walks to do, a beautiful little village with its atypical houses, restaurant, bakery, souvenir shops, etc. We can't wait to return.
