Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

A lovely, quiet apartment, close to the beach, train station and city center. The apartment has a balcony where you can wake up perfectly with a cup of coffee or end the day with a glass of wine. The beach is 2 minutes walking distance. Everything is available inside; kitchen, walk-in shower, toilet, coffee, tea, towels, bedding, etc. The station is a 2-minute walk away. The apartment, located in the basement of our house, is accessible through our beautiful private garden and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The beach, the circuit, the dunes and the village are within walking distance. You have your own garden, which is separated from our private garden by a wooden fence. So both you and we have our own privacy. It may be that our very friendly cat will visit you in the garden, but it may not enter the apartment.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The apartment by the sea is quiet, gives energy and has a beautiful view. From the kitchen and living room with fireplace, you can see the sea and the coastline. And from the dune room where you can sleep, there is a view over the dunes where deer often walk. In front of the door, there is an opportunity to park a car or motorcycle for free on our own property. Our house is located in the beautiful Kleverpark, within walking distance of the center of Haarlem and the Centraal Station. Beach, dunes and forest in the nearby area, ideal for hiking and biking. The studio is located in the quiet Zandvoort south, a 5-minute walk from the beach and dunes. Our guests greatly appreciate the perfect location. The studio was completely renovated in 2023 and has been given a different layout. The comfortable bathroom separates the living area from the sleeping area, which offers more privacy.
